This was our first time for treatment and relaxation in Karlovy Vary and in Richmond as well. Three weeks had a great time... I liked everything. The hotel is located in a beautiful, picturesque place, all the staff (medical, maintenance) perform their work at a good level, starting with the head doctor and ending with the maids, watchman, etc. The procedures gave a positive result after the first week. Excellent chefs work in the dining room, the food is very tasty and varied. The SPA is super, everything is at the hotel... and a swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi... And the fact that the main springs were 1-1.5 km from the hotel, and not very good The weather did not affect our wonderful time! With great pleasure we will visit Karlovy Vary and the Richmond Hotel more than once! Many thanks to all the staff and see you next time! The med. Everything is easily accessible through applications. There is a swimming pool and various saunas in the house. A very nice wellness area. The food was varied and tasted very tasty. Big compliments to the cook. The staff is friendly and very hardworking. The doctor who conducted the admission interview was very attentive and took a lot of time for us. Everything is great as always. From reception to reception there were no comments. The staff is wonderful, understanding and good service everywhere. I liked everything about the restaurant, but the tablecloths still gave the hotel points. All the restaurant employees, led by Mrs. Anna, were very pleasant and personally dealt with any questions that arose. I would like to mention girls named Tanya, there were two of them, Svetlana and others they served in the restaurant, we were very pleased. A very beautiful hotel located on the outskirts of Karlovy Vary. Wonderful procedures, responsible and friendly staff. I would especially like to note the variety of dishes in the restaurant, for every taste. Everything is very tasty. I will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend to everyone.Negatives
The only drawback is that the mineral water source broke down three days before departure due to a pipe collapse. They said the repair would take 2-3 weeks. I think an unpleasant surprise awaits new visitors, since it is very convenient to drink water before breakfast at the hotel. It’s still a bit of a walk to the springs, especially before breakfast.

I really liked the Richmond sanatorium. Excellent, competent staff - everyone in their place. The medical staff is very friendly, always with a smile and a good mood. My husband’s blood pressure was rising - the doctor prescribed several appointments, monitored his condition, and wrote out a prescription. The restaurant has a very varied menu, everything is very tasty. The waitresses are top notch. I really liked the wellness center. Wonderful hotel!!!! Excellent welcome. Friendly staff. The room and the hotel were clean and tidy. We stayed in March, the room was very warm and cozy. There is a private parking lot, which is very important. I liked everything very much. Therapeutic procedures are performed in full volume, deliciously prepared food. Everything is at a high level. We will come again. Thanks to the staff and administration of the Richmond Hotel for the warm welcome!!!!!

Last two days there was no spring water in the ground floor, the water in the swimming pool was cold, one pool was closed. The mattress was catastrophically too soft, there was a sports hall and fitness room, which was always available. Many people might want to do general water gymnastics or do exercises in the sports hall, that's just a suggestion. Evenings are boring, can you offer something for vacationers?

Although breakfast is served until 10 a.m., after 9 a.m. there are no more rolls and there is only one type of bread, and they clean up at 9:30 a.m. The absolute minus is that in a 4 star hotel there are no coffee machines with accessories in the rooms, even a simple kettle is missing. This is normal in every 3 star hotel these days. In this cold weather it would be good to drink a cup of something warm. It was my birthday during the stay and I was expecting at least a greeting card from the hotel, but nothing came. A pity...
