I really amazed by the quite good service (check it, transfer, cleaning, treatment and so on). As a remarke, in order to improve the situation with checking kitchen's ticket I strongly recomend to check it on step of entring into the kitcken room (not duting the eating :)).Negatives

We stayed at the Richmond Hotel for the sixth time. This already speaks for itself. Everyone likes it, everyone is happy. Friendly staff, wonderful doctor, clean room, great food selection. On the day of arrival there was cold water in the mineral pool and jacuzzi. At the doctor's appointment they talked about this and the issue was instantly resolved. Thank you very much! The hotel is located in a park area. I bought a weekly pass at the reception for 250 CZK and took bus number 2 to the springs or to the city center (in the opposite direction).
