The big minus is that they allow dogs. They are left alone in the room and they bark for 30-40 minutes without stopping and prevent everyone from resting. The audibility is insane!!! You can hear absolutely everything... If you come across loud neighbors, then consider yourself unlucky. My advice: find out the situation right away. The furniture is already old, the doors in the closet do not close, they creak. (Standard room). The windows in the restaurant need to be painted... still 4*. Transfer by bus from Regensburg to Karlovy Vary. Guests pay little attention to the risk of transmission of the Corona virus. Two vaccinations are not 100% protection and immunity weakens over time. Even vaccinated people can get sick and infect other people. It would make sense to have a welcome folder or information folder in the room upon arrival. Unfortunately, a lot of information is only given upon direct request. E.g. information about the drinking cure, use of the swimming pool and the sauna. The opening times here did not match our user map. Spatial planning is also very complicated. A complete overview map in the room would be helpful. We had an apartment and only had two small multi-purpose glasses to use the minibar. A larger selection (beer and wine glasses) would make sense.
