Good afternoon My impressions of relaxation and treatment at the Richmond sanatorium. Accommodation: I'll give it a rating of 3. Room 207 turned out to be very unfortunate. The impression is that I lived at the station. The window looked out onto the parking lot, the sanatorium employees apparently came to work, there was a conversation, slamming car doors, and a little later they took away and brought in cargo. Exactly the same picture was at 22.00. The room itself with one window seemed uncomfortable, the mattress in the bed was very soft. The room itself was located next to the head doctor’s office, so there was constant proximity to vacationers waiting to be seen. The treatment that was prescribed was done in a timely manner and can be said to be of high quality, there are no complaints. The pool seemed cold, 27-28 degrees was unacceptable for vacationers with sore joints, and there were quite a lot of them. For this reason I did not visit the pool. At my request, to prescribe manual lymphatic drainage, because... with my disease of arthrosis of the knee joints, the hardware caused severe pain, the doctor refused due to the fact that there was no room. It’s a shame that I couldn’t somehow treat my illness. The food is excellent, everything is thought out, for vacationers suffering from gastrointestinal diseases. Everyone at the resort, from the maids, doctors, waitresses and cooks, were kind. Thank you, Sanatoriums staff, for providing a free transfer from KV airport to the sanatorium, no complaints. My husband and I stayed for three weeks. I liked everything...especially the accommodation. The deluxe room has just been renovated, has all the amenities, high-quality cleaning, and the staff is always ready to answer any questions. Everything is organized very decently and efficiently. The work of all staff at every stage is designed for a comfortable stay of guests and optimal treatment procedures. The first impression is the administrators at the reception - everything here is clear, fast and professional. Then an appointment with the medical staff. Our doctor Kveta Podlipna. We express our gratitude for the individual approach in determining the treatment course and for the attentive and sensitive attitude! Further, when drawing up the schedule of procedures, some of our wishes were taken into account, for which we also thank you. The procedures themselves are carried out in a very friendly atmosphere and everything is clearly organized. Special thanks to all the restaurant staff. Everything here is delicious, beautiful and very soulful. A swimming pool (illuminated and decent in size), a spa area (several types of saunas), a small gym - everything is there for healthy leisure activities. Well, the location with its own park is also a huge plus for Richmond. The park is large... with history... with sculptures.... with numerous paths.... with a Japanese rock garden.... and even with its own source....! It is very convenient and pleasant to walk here! Another advantage is the source for drinking water located inside the building. We also now advise everyone, like ourselves, to book through Sanatoriums.com. A very convenient and clear booking process and help and advice on all questions that arise (they answer quickly!)... Also all the nice bonuses, including a free excursion to Prague with very good guides and a very good organization of the whole process. Irena is always in touch in this regard. The Richmond sanatorium has prepared a real Christmas surprise. We were upgraded to an apartment. Dr. Kveta Podlipna treated us very carefully. Control tests were prescribed, procedures allowed for health reasons. This is not our first time seeing this doctor. The procedures are carried out strictly according to schedule. Quality massage from Victor. Paraffin and Piloterm are made by smiling nurses, they are willing to help, joke, and manage to do everything. The food...excellent and even excessive. The cooks themselves hand out hot food and words of gratitude from vacationers are often heard. The rooms are clean, the sanatorium greeted us traditionally - a dog and a cat at the entrance. This is not the first year that I have been vacationing in Richmod. I have only good impressions from my stay. Excellent location, polite staff, treatment at the sanatorium allows me to improve my health perfectly. The food is excellent, the restaurant staff is well organized. A wide range of different dishes and desserts. I recommend all my friends and colleagues to spend their holidays here and improve their health. Every year I want to return to Richmond again and again!!
