I vacationed for two years in a row in May. One year in the apartment this year in the standard and I note that the cleaning was worse in the standard. In two weeks, the furniture on the pedestal was covered with a layer of dust, the scales in the bathroom were dirty, and even after a request for cleaning, everything remained the same. AND I HAVE ASTHMA. This did not happen in the apartments. Next year I decided to take the 2nd category number and what will happen there?? But if this can somehow be eliminated by yourself, then the pool is generally terrible... MORE THAN 50% OF VISITORS COME AND DO NOT GET THEMSELVES IN ORDER AT ALL (AS SPECIFIED IN THE RULES), THE RESIDENTS DO NOT PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THIS AND EVEN AFTER OUR REQUEST. Every year we go in winter. We went for the first time this year in the summer. We couldn’t even imagine that such a hotel might not have air conditioning. Very strange. They gave us a fan😁, but how can it help in 30 degree heat!!! And the cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired!

We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We really liked the Richmond Hotel, excellent location, excellent spa center. Gluten-free food was important to us, my husband was pleased, special thanks to Anna for her soulful character. We rested in May for a week without treatment, we liked everything! It was my first time in Karlovy Vary. I really liked the hotel. The food is excellent, the procedures are excellent, the location is excellent, the staff are great. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - Anna is simple (a sincere person - with a beautiful soul). Doctor Yanna Krasko is wonderful. The guys in the cafe (cool). Everyone is friendly and polite.
