All staff, without exception, are professional, polite, and responsive. Always ready to help with any problems. The result is a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. The procedures were varied, at a good level, and carried out precisely on time. Special thanks to Dr. Ksenia Vykhristenko. A very attentive and knowledgeable specialist and also an attentive and caring person. When I had problems, she practically became my personal doctor, was available at any time, supplied me with everything I needed and was even ready to come on weekends if necessary, which fortunately was not necessary. Nutrition. Good kitchen. The staff in the restaurant is very polite, attentive, there is no jostling over food, there is enough for everyone! The wellness center is available all day long. During the first week, due to renovations, there was no mineral water. From the second week, water appeared for procedures and in the tap for drinking, but the mineral pool remained dry. I ordered a single room, upon arrival I was given a double room 301, which, it would seem, should be an improved option, but in fact it turned out to be the opposite. A room with no hallway, no desk. Instead of a table, there was only a narrow console built into the wall, which was a significant inconvenience for me. Upon check-in, we received room 437 with a shared balcony, a constant smell from the kitchen and the noise of the fan and a very inconvenient location of the bathtub in the bathroom. The water temperature during the hydroxer procedure was never comfortable. The machine showed 37°, but sometimes it was boiling water, and sometimes cold water. Maria Dvorska, who served the hydroxer, perceived the request to make the water more comfortable as a personal insult, she showed dissatisfaction with her entire appearance, sometimes she was simply rude.
