They sold a Detox program at the Richmond Hotel, which did not exist..., they paid more than the usual program, instead of a detox there were 2 drinks, one before breakfast and the other before dinner, otherwise a regular buffet... Very poor cleaning of the rooms, the floors were not washed for 10 days, they just straightened the bed and changed the towels. In the restaurant area, the tables are not even covered with tablecloths, which is unacceptable for 4 stars. On weekends there were so many guests that we had to wait for a free table. Some of the dishes and desserts were quickly taken away and not replenished. The same goes for breakfast pastries and muffins.Positives

The only downside to organizing a transfer! We arrived from another Continent, from Miami! The transfer to the airport for the return trip did not come for us as indicated in the application form at 1.30 a.m. We could not reach the administration by phone, naturally our nerves were on edge! Finally, I asked for the phone number of the driver who brought us from Prague on the first transfer. Thank you so much Kesha! A kind man picked up the phone at night and solved the problem with the transfer. Thank God we got to the airport on time since we have three flights one after another! Very nice hotel, surrounded by the fairytale landscape, the location is excellent. We were positively surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The food was varied and delicious.
