I have no complaints about the quality of food; in principle, the food was normal. The only thing I didn’t like: during lunch, which lasted from 12:30 to 13:30, there might not be enough of some type of dish if you come for lunch at 13:00. Those. certain food ran out 30 minutes after the start of lunch and was not replenished. I think this is not worthy of a hotel of this level. I hope that the hotel management will take note of this and make appropriate changes in planning and purchasing products.

Excellent location, there is a place to walk and breathe forest air. The optimal distance to the sources: not far, but at the same time you need to walk three times a day, it only adds to your health. For those who cannot walk much, there is a bus stop nearby that goes to the first source. You can buy a weekly pass at the hotel. Excellent pool and spa complex. There are salt and herbal steam rooms, women's and men's saunas, and a jacuzzi. The water in the pool is comfortable. The food is good, but monotonous. Some may find the remote location from the center of Karlovy Vary to be a minus. The Mill Colonnade is approximately a 15-minute walk. In fact, this is a plus, as it forces you to move more and be in the fresh air, which is very important for residents of big cities. Although you can always take the bus, the stop is right outside the gates of Richmond Park and the bus runs on time! Holidays in Richmond are contraindicated only for people with sore legs who simply do not have the physical ability to enjoy walking. Perhaps very young people, due to their age, will not have enough parties and vibrant nightlife in Karlovy Vary, but there are other vacation spots for parties.

I was with my husband. I really liked it. The food is very tasty. The cuisine is varied. A very cozy resort. Despite the fact that the source is located in the hotel, we were not lazy to walk to the source and managed to do everything. All procedures are done in the morning and a little after lunch, because... In the Czech Republic, the time is an hour ago, so it turns out that you don’t get up early. We got up at 6.00 (7.00 Moscow time), walked to the source, came back for breakfast and treatments. I recommend immediately creating a separate schedule for the entire period of rest and treatment (if you are together). We have compiled, based on the schedule of procedures, our own convenient schedule: the regime of ascent and visit to the source. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, 90 percent Russian speaking. Richmond Sanatorium left the most positive impressions in our hearts! Nature is fascinating. We walked through the Richmond park, breathing in the fresh, clean air, bad thoughts disappeared)))), it was very calm around and the nervous system was quickly restored))))))Negatives

Don’t forget that upon departure you will be deducted not only for the bar and minibar, but also a tourist tax of 15 CZK per person per day, so count it and leave it so as not to miss it))))) Tea for lunch and dinner must be ordered separately. We took one jug and two cups, it was enough for two of us, it costs 40 crowns. We got a room overlooking the park; in the morning we could hear people unloading and talking very loudly, but it was to our benefit if we didn’t hear the alarm clock waking us up. And I would like to ask everyone who will be entering Richmond, if you take an iron, return it on time! It’s better to take your own travel one))) There’s a problem with that))))

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the place is quiet, there is a park around and fresh air, a source of healing water right in the hotel. It is convenient to take walks to the historical center of Karlovy Vary (10 min.) Good procedures are already included in the package, you can order more if desired. The food at the hotel is good, there is everything you need, greens and fruits (I have lived in Italy for 25 years) as well as excellent draft beer which only helps the treatment (in my opinion). Upon arrival at the doctor’s appointment, the pressure was 150/110, when leaving it was 130/90. I did not expect such a result during the week of my stay since I did not particularly adhere to the diet and rested for my own pleasure. I definitely recommend visiting the Natural Beer Baths, which are located 10 minutes away. drive from Karlovy Vary in a picturesque place, it has its own brewery, restaurant and lake where you can catch fish which will be immediately cooked for you in the tandoor. We were completely satisfied with everything. Out of caution, we do not give the most excellent ratings, because... last year we were at the “President”, and everything suited us there too. We didn’t order “President” through you because... they did not, in our opinion, live up to the commitments they made to us... In the end, we came to the conclusion that Richmond was better. Surrounded by a park and many paths along wooded hills, walks along which provide not only bodily pleasure, but also inspire reflection and a “romantic mood”: Goethe, Schiller were here...
