The restaurant has excellent service, the waiters are friendly, excellent service. The menu is for every taste, very tasty, thank you very much to the chefs. I would especially like to mention Doctor Ksenia Vykhrystenko, who is distinguished by high professional ethics and competence, all problems were solved immediately, sensitive and responsive. In our difficult times, it is difficult to find a person who is able to perceive other people’s problems as their own and how wonderful it is that such people still exist Yes. I would like a little more variety in the choice of dishes. The menu in the dining room could be more varied. We didn't have enough tea or coffee for dessert for lunch and dinner; we could only drink water. There is no drinking water in the health complex, swimming pool and various saunas. The salt sauna was not working. The water in the large pool is cold.

One coffee machine for a large number of guests - to drink a cup of coffee you need to stand in line, there is another one with boiled coffee - but it is impossible to drink it (even with milk) it is too strong and tasteless! And of course, there is plenty of tea for lunch and dinner (and there are no kettles in the rooms) - but everyone writes about this in their review - but perhaps no one pays attention to this.. which is a pity. The staff is laconic, one might even say unfriendly, but This is no longer a minus but a statement of fact.

Excellent hotel! Many thanks to the hotel administration for the room with a balcony, which is located 10 meters from the forest. We breathed forest air all week. We booked a room without a balcony. The food was excellent. The doctor Ksenia Vykhristenko was very friendly and professional. The sisters work harmoniously during the procedures, the sister Dasha stands out during the baths. The maids Galya and Yulia clean conscientiously. This is the hotel I would like to return to again.
