I visited your wonderful hotel for the first time and only for one week, I was received cordially and warmly, the room was wonderful, cozy and clean. Excellent food and since I am on a strict diet, all my wishes were taken into account. For which many thanks to all the kitchen workers. Professional work of doctor K. Vykhrystenko. allowed me to do all 12 procedures for which I gave medical treatment to everyone. I am very grateful to the workers and the doctor. I spent every evening in the wonderful pool and sauna. Thank you very much for the emotions, cleanliness and wonderful vacation. The excellent location of the Hotel makes it possible to move a lot, which is very valuable and great for me. And in five days I managed not only to drink water from the springs, take a walk, do procedures, but also go on 4 excursions offered by Sanatorium.com, I was very pleased with them, having learned a lot of the history of these places. I would like to thank all the guides, and especially Guide Alena Reznikova for her most interesting stories both about Prague and the Walking Tour in Karlovy Vary. I would also like to thank separately the Drivers who brought me (driver Alexey) to a wonderful fabulous place and took me back home (driver Frantisek. Thanks to their good nature and professionalism, the long journey was pleasant. Many thanks to all the employees of Sanatoriums.com for their responsiveness and excellent work. So Many thanks to all the employees of Sanatoriu Richmond, from the Doctor to the service staff. Thanks to all of them, staying with you for only 5 days was a beautiful fairy tale for me. Overall I really liked everything. The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, the people are polite and friendly, the mattresses are comfortable, the pillows too. I liked the spa area. In the mornings, fresh water is poured into the thermal pool, and it is especially warm. In the afternoon it is not so warm, but the wellness center with a sauna, salt room, etc. starts working. We vacationed with a 2-year-old baby, and he wasn’t bored either - in addition to the pool, there is a children’s room with different toys.Negatives
The massage procedure lasts 20 minutes, during which time it cannot be particularly effective. Bed linen was changed only on the fifth day after our request. This is the second time we have vacationed in this sanatorium and again we are convinced that this sanatorium is the best in Karlovy Vary. Some people have a long way to go to the springs, but we drank water at the hotel. We believe that there is no difference in the composition of the water, it’s just colder in some places and hotter in others. But what a wellness complex this is! There is everything your heart desires! The food here is very tasty, thank you very much to the cooks and waitresses. Different types of meat, salads, baked goods, what else do you need. Hello, I just want to say a huge thank you for all the conditions provided for rest and treatment. Everything was at the highest level, starting from the visit to the doctor, the prescribed procedures, the procedures themselves, very friendly and kind staff who knew their stuff. About nutrition, that's a separate conversation. Czech cuisine has always been famous for its delights, and it justified itself. Special thanks to the chef and staff, who did their job with dignity throughout the entire time. Providing three hot meals a day, maintaining order and cleanliness. It was also possible to visit the sauna and swimming pool every day, where everyone, at their own discretion, could additionally do a set of procedures for themselves, starting with a mineral pool, a jacuzzi, different types of saunas, and a swimming pool, without any inconveniences or restrictions, in our difficult times , all people found compromises and understanding. And the staff monitoring the order and condition of all acceptable standards was always in place. Thank you all very much for the rest and treatment provided.
