There was a bit of a noise in the bathroom that was a little annoying, apparently that was how the ventilation worked. When proning, the website indicated 28 treatment procedures, the sanatorium wrote 27, and said that they did not understand why this was so. As a result, the procedure was not given.

We vacationed in Richmond for the second time, and again we liked everything! We booked a standard double room with a balcony and were put in an apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. For my birthday they put a bouquet of flowers in the room, again very nice. Both the procedures and nutrition are at the highest level, some complained that the nutrition has become worse. we didn't notice. A good swimming pool area, admission to which is included in the price of your stay, includes a large swimming pool, a steam room, a Kneipp path, a large hot tub for 8 people and a small pool with thermal warm water. A very good offer! But the problem is... small the pool with thermal water was not functioning all the time.... And not a single employee of the pool, and not a single employee from the hotel administration could give an intelligible answer as to why this small pool does not work... And when will it finally work)) ))O-O-Very sad story...

I really enjoyed my stay at the sanatorium, the medical facilities were wonderful, the staff were polite, there were no queues for procedures, everything was on time, although the sanatorium was full. There were a lot of people only in the dining room, but not here. It’s not too far to walk to the springs (15 minutes of fast walking), but we enjoyed the walk, especially in a straight line. If anyone is afraid of this, then you can choose a sanatorium near the springs.Negatives
On our arrival, the pool was not filled with thermal water; it was filled 3 days before departure, and one sauna did not work for several days. Perhaps this is the only negative.

We felt a change of chef in the kitchen. In our opinion, the previous one made the menu more varied, especially the evening salad bar and evening desserts. During this season of our visit to the hotel, we have cottage cheese casserole for dinner almost every day. It's boring! And please look at the hood in the kitchen: the smells from cooking spread across all floors.

The rooms (my husband and I had a room with a balcony) are comfortable. A plus is the location of the medical facilities and medical staff next to the rooms; we personally did not have to run through the entire hotel to the offices. Bathing is comfortable. All procedures prescribed to us are of high quality. They don’t skimp on CO2 gas injections; they do blockades. Restaurant. The work of the waiters - everything is cleaned quickly, very friendly, no negativity, as one could read in some reviews. The cuisine is very, very high quality and tasty, fresh vegetables and fruits taste good even in November. Hot dishes, both meat and fish, are all prepared perfectly. The young guys at the counter are positive and fulfill all wishes quickly. Some reviews that someone was not given enough of a certain dish are very strange, they constantly clarify what volume is needed and do not deny anyone the quantity. The reception staff will help resolve almost any issue. The swimming pool and saunas are a separate positive emotion. In fact, you combine treatment at a sanatorium with a stay at a spa resort. Compared to previous years, nutrition has noticeably worsened. The assortment is not bad, there is fish, different types of meat, and poultry, but everything is not tasty prepared! All meat dishes contain gravy, which does not have a very good effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Of course, you won’t remain hungry, but such food can hardly be called dietary and consumed throughout the entire treatment! It's a pity that the chef has changed!!! I think the hotel management needs to pay attention to this!

The hotel has very monotonous food. On the third day of our stay here, it became clear to us that we would eat the rest of the days. Very small selection of fruits and vegetables. For some reason, the buns are always the same. The cottage cheese casserole was served only in the evening, although this dish is very suitable for breakfast. There is no choice of cereals at all. Only oatmeal and that with milk, but what if a person cannot eat milk? Eggs of the same type every day. We would advise you to review the menu or change the chef. Now about the treatment: the girls are doing their job well. But due to lack of organization, we lost a day of treatment. We got to the doctor the next day and took tests on the third day. We received answers one day before departure, although we were in Rismond for 12 days. The dust on the staircase railings needs to be wiped off; cobwebs on the ceilings. The towels are very old. If this is a 4 star hotel it must meet the standards. The bathtub is very high and older people will not be able to climb up there. And the bread also needs to be laid out with gloves. I don’t think that we will return to your hotel yet.
