We were completely satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Richmond. Very nice and friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere in the hotel and everything was clean and well maintained. Applications were very good and appointments were optimal. We also really liked the swimming and sauna area. The location of the hotel is great and very quiet and you can be in the city center in just a few minutes and the bus stop is right next to it. The hotel is located near the forest. Very fresh air. This was our fourth time at this hotel. The food, as always, is excellent, a lot of pastries and fruits, a lot of meat dishes. I really liked the Richmond sanatorium. Excellent, competent staff - everyone in their place. The medical staff is very friendly, always with a smile and a good mood. My husband’s blood pressure was rising - the doctor prescribed several appointments, monitored his condition, and wrote out a prescription. The restaurant has a very varied menu, everything is very tasty. The waitresses are top notch. I really liked the wellness center. Swimming pool, saunas, thermal pool - available all day. Cleaning was carried out regularly, bathrobes were exchanged, and bed linen was changed three times in 10 days. Everything is great!!! I recommend!!!Negatives

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff of the sanatorium for their friendliness, decency, kindness, and compassion. The sanatorium is clean, cozy, warm, calm and extremely pleasant. The location is great, secluded, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle, lots of opportunities for nature walks. A very important advantage is the ability to drink thermal mineral water without leaving the sanatorium. Special praise for the delicious cuisine, varied products, very high quality, mostly dietary, decent and timely service, we received great pleasure from such abundance. A wonderful SPA area, a large selection of saunas, swimming pools, fresh towels and sheets are provided for every visit. The procedures are carried out strictly according to schedule, in a gentle manner, with great attention to each patient, everything necessary is given on site, the patient just needs to come. An excellent, peaceful place for recovery and combining business with pleasure, we have only the most positive impressions.Negatives

Apartment is very clean and spacious, food is excellent and varied, wellness area is also clean, most of the staff are very friendly but not all of them. However, there wasn't much going on at the time of our stay, which was very pleasant, especially in the wellness area. The building is beautiful, as is the location, and the trip to Prague included in the price was particularly nice.Negatives
The roaring heating in the room ran 24 hours a day, the air conditioning switched on to lower the temperature at night, there was nothing you could regulate yourself, it was supposed to be taken care of when asked, but nothing happened. The treatments were a mass process, very impersonal, perhaps it was due to the language barrier... the specified appointments were strictly adhered to...so no waiting times. The breakfast buffet was very good… the dinner not so much… all in all the price/performance ratio is quite reasonable.

The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy place. 15 minutes walk to source number 1. The food is at the highest level, mostly dietary dishes - a sufficient amount of boiled vegetables, which was very important for me. In the evening you can drink a cocktail at the bar or fresh juices. Definitely recommend this hotel.Negatives

For toiletries, only liquid soap! Does not correspond to four stars at all! When we arrived, it was slippery, there was no sprinkles, so there was no opportunity for walking! Our room had a very unpleasant smell, which they could not eliminate. The food was not bad, good coffee. In general, the external impression is good, but next time we will probably choose another hotel.

The wellness center was closed from December 12 to 16. Bathrobes were changed only once in 12 days and only upon request. The price for the same room for a couple on the same dates in December has risen by as much as 600 euros. It's a shame.
