I liked the location of the hotel in a forest area. Wonderful air, peace, birdsong. For those who like to walk, the place is ideal. The center of Karlovy Vary is approximately 10 minutes on foot. The food was varied and tasty. Fish, different types of meat, vegetables, fruits, cereals, cottage cheese and yoghurts, cheeses - everyone could find food to their taste. Breakfast and dinner were quite enough. The procedures were quite convenient, all in one building, you can go to them right in a robe. The staff is friendly, if you say hello and smile, you will definitely receive the same in return. A mineral spring is supplied to the sanatorium, which is a definite plus. The spa and pool are of a good standard, there is a mineral water pool, a Kneipp path, and various saunas. The rooms are quite comfortable, the furniture is classic, antique, the mattresses are comfortable, cleaning or changing of towels or bathrobes is carried out on the same day at the request of vacationers. As an extra, we took an electric kettle with us, everything else is there. The support from Sanatoriums.com was also top notch. The Richmond sanatorium is located in a quiet, green area of Karlovy Vary. 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace to the Colonnade. It is possible to drink thermal water in the sanatorium. Very beautiful, cozy restaurant! Nice, charming, attentive women and men work here! Many thanks to them! And of course, very tasty food! Different types of meat, fish, salads. Everyone will find something to their liking! The hotel is clean, cozy and beautiful! Like in an ancient castle! Good procedures, nice, smiling physiotherapists. I would also like to thank the people working at the Som Sanatorium! Always polite, all issues are resolved calmly. Good organization of transfer: to the sanatorium and back in a calm and pleasant atmosphere! In general, everything is very great! Be sure to visit the Richmond sanatorium, you will be satisfied and then want to come again!!! The main thing is to bring a good and positive mood! I liked the live music and the performance of the musicians. I really liked the receptionist (unfortunately we don’t know his first and last name) who was aged with a gray beard and mustache.
