I was delighted by the design of the sanatorium, the interior evokes the feeling that a sedate couple of the noble class is about to appear, quietly talking to each other about something. Charming! The location of the hotel is excellent: a quiet place, fresh air and opportunities for walking. Advantage: drinking thermal mineral water without leaving the sanatorium. There is also a small swimming pool with thermal water. Special respect to the restaurant staff for the delicious dishes and their variety (assortment), and for the timely, high-level service and delicious coffee! The spa area has a large selection of saunas. Herbal and salt saunas are free therapeutic procedures! The hotel staff is quite friendly and it feels like their work is focused on results. Cleanliness, comfort, warmth, fresh sheets and towels... We had a wonderful holiday with treatment, for which special thanks to all the medical staff. Thanks to sanatorium.com for the excellent information and feedback. A great idea is a transfer service. Already at the booking stage, you feel cared for - they will meet you and take you to the hotel. We thank the driver Alexey for his attentive and friendly attitude towards us during the meeting at the airport and along the way.Negatives

The hotel has a good location in a quiet place next to the river with a large park area. 20 minutes walk to the colonnades or 2 bus stops. Secure parking at affordable prices 4.50 euros per day. SPA with a large swimming pool and various saunas! Quite a varied menu. The hotel has a mineral water spring.Negatives
The balcony in the room on the 5th floor is not intended for use (garbage not collected from the fall and no furniture) Paper table mats in the restaurant with crystal chandeliers make it look like a dining room! The number of staff served does not correspond to the number of guests (we often had to look for a free table and wait for it to be set). SPA: there are no signs indicating the temperature and recommended time of use, the staff does not control the rules for using the Finnish sauna. In the steam, salt and herbal saunas there were no water hoses for rinsing the seats, which does not meet hygiene standards. During the 10 days of our stay at the hotel there were no towels and sheets for saunas, which deprived us of the opportunity to use the SPA services!Positives
A lot of positive things, pleasant procedures, such an attentive doctor and nurses, walking to the colonnade is a huge benefit, drinking water from the source, and walking such a distance. It is difficult to walk, there is a spring in the sanatorium. Restaurant, food, everything I wanted to eat, there was everything, a variety of dishes, meat, fish, salads, pastries, it’s hard to refuse, we ate everything with pleasure! The pool is wonderful, spacious, everything you want, jacuzzi, steam rooms, breathe in chamomile, sit in the salt room - such a great idea, such a warm place where you can socialize and share impressions with health benefits. We had a great rest, took our minds off the outside world, from all our problems, slept on a snow-white bed, a wonderful dream! We were at the Richmond Hotel in February 2023. In principle, we really liked everything, the only thing that bothered me a little was that in the sauna and in general the spa department in the evening we had to wait for a place in the sauna or the salt room, but this only means that the hotel was one hundred percent full! The rooms were cleaned every day, the food was also at a high level, the staff at the hotel was mostly friendly.
