Everyone is nice and tries hard, the food is very varied and tasty, the furnishings give you the feeling of being a little "Sissi". We love this style of furnishing. The hotel is also located in a beautiful park and despite being close to the city, it is nice and quiet. We're definitely going to Richmond again this year - but the timing hasn't been decided yet. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing holiday and also want to take advantage of the spa program, the Richmond is the perfect place for you.
