The source of mineral healing water in the hotel did not work. 05/27/2023 on a minibus cz 4K6 3912 during a return transfer to Germany, the rear wheel of the bus burst, we waited 4 hours for the bus to be repaired under the sun on the highway without water. We have no claims against the driver. We have claims against the transfer service. We are waiting for compensation for moral damages . YU

Good afternoon I was at the Richmond Sanatorium from April 27 to May 10, 2023. I was very pleased with the level of service, rooms and food. We will be there on Sunday April 30th. arrived. From Thursday 4.05. There was no more thermal water in the swimming pool. And there was no longer any mineral water as a drinking cure in the hotel. That's really a pity! The spa doctor recommended a drinking cure to us. Several guests have complained to reception. The answer was always the same: "We have nothing to do with it, the city is responsible." As compensation we received 2 additional treatments (electrotherapy for €15.74 and €10.64). If the hotel description is not correct, compensation should be a little more than that Be 1% of the total.

We went to this sanatorium for the first time, we really liked everything, it was clean, beautiful and delicious food. The people were all very friendly and welcoming. Free access to the saunas and pool is generally a huge plus.Negatives
Far from the center and the colonnades. With sore legs and knees it is very difficult to get there on foot, but the plus is that you can get to the colonnades by bus.

We got the wrong room, some noise of water early in the morning. I think the pools and saunas under the room played a negative role. But the rooms are very spacious, which mitigates the circumstance. I think the other rooms are much better, the noise is not heard.

If you want to come in several times a day, you have to pay for the sauna towels!!! For 4 stars - no go!!!!!!!

We really liked the location of the hotel, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, where it is very quiet. For people who love walking, this is the best option. There is a spring in the hotel itself. The colonnades are about 15 minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious (we had a comfort room), cleaning is done every day, towels are changed. Special thanks to the cooks and waiters. Excellent cuisine, the food is very tasty and varied. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a small pool with spring water, and 5 or 6 different saunas. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We would like to relax here again. Very large, comfortable and clean room ("Double Room Lux") Perfect and quiet location, after 10 minutes walk you are in the city center. The treatments and wellness area also correspond to the standard of the spa hotel.
