Spa: the water in the pool is very cool; Jacuzzi - very cool for a Jacuzzi. Only at your hotel I came across the practice of demanding additional payment for a second sheet or towel. It's petty, that's right. Very few sunbeds near the pool. There are 4 sun loungers for the entire pool! Food: The baked goods were somewhat disappointing. I'd like to see some cream pies and ice cream, not just muffins and scones. Excursion to Prague: we were told that the walking tour lasts 2.5 hours, but we were not told that it is a 9 km run. If you are not ready for the fact that you will be taken to a jewelry store that you did not intend to visit, and at the end of the excursion you “not necessarily, but preferably - separately for the guide, separately for the driver” - ask for a tip, then it is better to refuse.

Overall a good experience. I enjoyed my vacation. The hotel is located in a great location, there is a forest behind the hotel and a beautiful park in front. Both nature and architecture itself have a healing effect. A wonderful swimming pool and five saunas for every taste. Quite a large selection of procedures. Competent doctors and nurses. Polite staff at the reception. Great atmosphere and service in the restaurant. For those arriving with their own car, there is the possibility of parking in the guarded area of the hotel. There are many opportunities for walkers.Negatives

This is not a minus, rather a wish. We encountered an unexpected problem regarding the return transfer. We noted that we needed a transfer and did not notice that the conditions for the return transfer were different. It would be nice to somehow draw attention to this fact. It’s very unpleasant when you wait all day for information about a transfer, and in the evening you finally call and it turns out that it has not been booked. And since you called very late (you were patient and did not want to bother), then it is already individual, for quite a lot of money, and in cash. This was a big disappointment at the end of a wonderful holiday.

The source of mineral healing water in the hotel did not work. 05/27/2023 on a minibus cz 4K6 3912 during a return transfer to Germany, the rear wheel of the bus burst, we waited 4 hours for the bus to be repaired under the sun on the highway without water. We have no claims against the driver. We have claims against the transfer service. We are waiting for compensation for moral damages . YU

We will be there on Sunday April 30th. arrived. From Thursday 4.05. There was no more thermal water in the swimming pool. And there was no longer any mineral water as a drinking cure in the hotel. That's really a pity! The spa doctor recommended a drinking cure to us. Several guests have complained to reception. The answer was always the same: "We have nothing to do with it, the city is responsible." As compensation we received 2 additional treatments (electrotherapy for €15.74 and €10.64). If the hotel description is not correct, compensation should be a little more than that Be 1% of the total.

Far from the center and the colonnades. With sore legs and knees it is very difficult to get there on foot, but the plus is that you can get to the colonnades by bus.

We got the wrong room, some noise of water early in the morning. I think the pools and saunas under the room played a negative role. But the rooms are very spacious, which mitigates the circumstance. I think the other rooms are much better, the noise is not heard.

If you want to come in several times a day, you have to pay for the sauna towels!!! For 4 stars - no go!!!!!!!
