Particularly noteworthy is the hotel's beautiful location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only about a 20-minute walk from the center. The single room was pleasantly designed, especially the bathroom left nothing to be desired. With a few exceptions, the staff was really very friendly and accommodating. If problems arose, attempts were made to remedy the situation immediately; in some cases the problem could be solved after just 5 minutes. The food is rich and varied, and it mostly tasted very good. Also worth highlighting here is the a la carte restaurant with very friendly staff and delicious food at affordable prices. Guests enjoyed using the swimming pool and wellness area to relax.Negatives
You couldn't turn down the air conditioning in the room, so it was around 22 degrees Celsius. On the one hand, very pleasant, but definitely too warm for sleeping and the device constantly made loud noises. Unfortunately the technician couldn't do anything. I then opened the window at night and used earplugs. When eating, it would be nice if there were more sliced fruit. Without a sharp knife, peeling some types of fruit can be a bit difficult. Different types of tea in the evening would also be an idea. The price only includes black tea and water. The politeness of a few employees leaves something to be desired. Unfortunately, that leaves a somewhat bitter aftertaste.Positives

Saturday and Sunday are days off for the hospital, the last few days turned out to be a mess, if I had known in advance, I would have taken fewer days. There are no medical specialists at all, only one doctor, like a therapist, and he will write a story practically from your words. If you want to see another doctor, go to another clinic, the appointment is 200€... Analysis is additional 30€... The sauna is incomprehensible, they may not give you a towel and sheet, they may close it earlier, the pool may be made for walruses, foreign odors, unpleasant, no wheels , the faucet is standing, no one knows what kind of water... Mineral water should be warm, but in fact it’s cold... The food is not varied, it’s the same almost every day. The juice can be diluted... The rooms are cramped, there is no space, all my knees were knocked off the corners of the bed and chairs (why there are three chairs and a table is unclear). They don’t provide free water, as they usually do in the rooms, you drag it from the city, there is no kettle, the minibar is full, but the prices are wow...
