We stayed in February, 10 days, of course this is not enough for treatment, but we still really liked it. We booked a standard double room, category 2, in the photo the room seemed smaller, in fact the room is small and cozy. Food: we were delighted, the table setting, dishes, developed menu, the waiters were always attentive, everyone spoke Russian, so there was no language barrier. Great resort! The Sanatorium company through which we booked accommodation provided super prices for a hotel stay. Many thanks to the company employees for your attention! The hotel is good, but the prices offered by the hotel itself do not correspond to the quality of the rooms and the organization of treatment. This is a good quality three star plus hotel and nothing more. The food in the restaurant is good, there is a lot of food, but in terms of the range of products everything is quite simple (with the possible exception of a large number of cheeses); The organization of spa procedures (therapeutic) is very average.

- We were given a room with a view of the wall of the neighboring house; I didn’t see daylight for 2 weeks. I booked a room of category 2, but this room does not fit into the description of the room of this category. Upon request to change the room, they said that we could move to another room in 3 days, we did not move. - The hood in the toilet did not work, this caused a lot of inconvenience. - After the first pearl bath, I got sick because... the water temperature was barely warm, I was frozen, and the room was also cold. Здравствуйте Елена! Спасибо за отзывы о нашем отеле. Комментируя Ваши замечания, хотим отметить следующее: у вас был забронирован номер 2-ой категории и там номера с видом на стену. Проблемы с вытяжкой желательно решать на месте, обратившись в регистратуру. Температура воды в ваннах 28-34 градусов. Good afternoon, staff of the Richmond Sanatorium, we rested in your sanatorium in December 2016. Everything was wonderful, Christmas, New Year, and procedures!! Thank you very much. We don’t want to write something negative, we just want to express our wishes to you regarding the restaurant and food. Everyone was super, the only thing that upsets us was the SEARCH FOR A TABLE!!!!! Next time I would like the table for breakfast, lunch and dinner to be assigned to the room!!! For example, we could not run around looking for a free dining table, or sit down with someone, but simply knew that this table was ours, and no problems. We accidentally witnessed such an unpleasant situation when people (pensioners from Germany) were having lunch and went for another portion, people came and pointedly removed the dishes and said that no one was sitting there. Best wishes!!!!!!
