Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for everything, namely: we arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected, but our room was already ready for check-in, which we were very happy about. And also, Doctor and honey. The nurse took into account all our wishes when prescribing procedures. All the hotel staff are very polite and helpful, thank you for that!Negatives
Well, the cobwebs in the room and the layer of dust on the paintings, which are located on the stairs, were in my eyes. And I am very disappointed that the mineral water pool remains without water in the middle of the week, under the guise of “technical work”, which we did not observe, it’s a shame!!!!!!!!

Many employees in the hotel spoke German. The spa doctor could speak German very well. Very clean, well-kept rooms. The food was varied. We found the local cuisine very tasty and interesting.Negatives
The menu was partially incorrectly translated into German. (As a tip) We chose the hotel specifically because of the thermal pool because my husband has skin problems. The thermal pool was out of service without any information on the internet beforehand. That's really a pity.

The thermal pool was only open on weekends. Often the water in the pool was cool (there were no stated degrees) to such an extent that you could catch a cold. The time spent in the Wirpool was not regulated, often the same people occupied the place and sat for 2 hours. There is no clock anywhere in the pool and in general throughout the sanatorium, It is impossible to navigate in time when attending procedures. In a room with a bath, the shower rod is located very low, it is impossible for a person above average height to take a shower (they had to wash in the shower of the pool), and the hairdryer in the bathroom has not changed since the 50s, it is simply impossible to style your hair with it. It would be very nice to equip rooms with tea set.

Urgently change the menu in the restaurant. Sooooo much fried food (what kind of therapeutic diet are we talking about?). And the fat is pouring out. The taste leaves much to be desired. Herring only in vinegar (why????). The menu has been almost the same for two weeks. Baking is bad. This is the first time out of 7 previous ones.

We just returned from Karlovy Vary. We rested at the Richmond sanatorium. I want to share my impressions. The hotel is located in a very beautiful park. Everything is beautiful there, the nature around and the hotel itself, and the people themselves who work there. Probably, if I say that it’s not I wanted to leave, this would be enough to evaluate this sanatorium. The staff of the sanatorium is very pleasant, the quality of treatment is excellent.
