My husband and I came to Richmond for the first time! We liked everything! hotel, treatment, swimming pool, -men's sauna is separate, women's sauna is separate, and there is a shared sauna in swimsuits, this is very, very good!!! Thanks for the delicious food. All procedures are close to each other. Thanks to our doctor Vykhrystenko Kseniia, thanks to her for prescribing the right procedures for us! Thank you to all the staff at Richmond!!! We met some very nice people here and hope to meet again at the same time next year! Thanks also to the Transfer company! Very aggressive parking attendant. Yells loudly at customers. Almost gets into a fight. A restaurant employee kicks customers out by the collar and shouts loudly at the entire restaurant if she arrived 2 minutes early. This employee is just terrible!!! He terrorizes people and does not allow them to eat in peace. Nobody explains anything at the hotel. Ordinary tourists help (where to go and what to do) It’s very, very cold in the bathroom. The radiators in the bathroom don't work. The massage therapist works according to his mood. The hydroxer broke down and they couldn’t fix it for a week. Procedures were constantly postponed because of this. Internet is not working well. The spa center is good, but sometimes the water is not fully heated. The Richmond sanatorium is located in a huge park and is an excellent opportunity to practice Nordic walking. The main street of mineral water springs is just a 15-minute walk away. The staff is mostly friendly, only a small comment to the room cleaners. The food and service in the restaurant are good. The treatments are excellent. HELLO EVERYBODY. Familie Schröder. From 11/21/21. to 30.11.21 We rested in KARLOVY VARY sanatorium Richmond. We arrived at 14.00. We were met and shown a parking spot. I liked the service right from the very beginning. The girls at the reception greeted us with a smile. They explained what and how. We got room 204. Spacious, clean, comfortable, everything suited us. After 2 hours we were met by a nurse. We received the procedure on Monday. And on Tuesday we met with the doctor. She was kind, attentive, listened to us, and made us appointments that we ourselves desired. We were in Karlovy Vary for the first time. We were in Marianske Lazne 7 times, so we know why we came. And on the same day we went for procedures. Miroslava gave me a massage for 4 days. I was pleased with her: she’s smart, attentive, and it’s immediately obvious that she’s taking her place for a reason. The girls gave gas injections with love and did not hurt. The restaurant served delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. Big respect to the chef. On the floor where the rooms are: 204,,205,,206,, The rooms were cleaned by a thin, very conscientious woman 👩 apparently it was her floor that was always clean and tidy. An excellent pool, a pool with thermal water, well, everything. Thank you very much to all the staff! Many thanks to Sanatorium.com. We stayed in this hotel last year. We took the maximum number of procedures, but since most of them are nothing (for example, a massage is spreading cream on the back), this time we took a package with fewer procedures. Procedures are prescribed at the time they want, without consulting the client who pays for these procedures! For some reason, I was scheduled for procedures on the day of departure at 12.30, although check-out from the room is at 11.00. Probably to not provide these procedures. I asked to reschedule the procedure for another time, they said that everything was scheduled (although this is not true, I arrived 15 minutes earlier, the office was generally closed). When I came for the procedure, they refused to perform it on me; I still didn’t understand the reason. Even contacting the director yielded nothing. Money paid, services not provided!!! Not customer focused!!! The workers do whatever they want!!! Full scoop!!! Instead of a mineral bath, I was offered coffee. Just a ruined vacation. We came not just to the hotel to drink coffee, but to the sanatorium to receive certain treatment. But as it turned out, the employees of this establishment can cancel paid procedures at their discretion, and there will be no refund in return. We really enjoyed. I think we will come back more than once. Excellent saunas, mineral pool. The food is varied and tasty. Doctor Ksenia is attentive and humorous. She prescribed the procedures we wanted. There is a spring 1b in the hotel, but very often it is much colder than it should be (50 degrees). But of course it’s convenient that you don’t have to run anywhere in the morning.Negatives
The big minus is that they allow dogs. They are left alone in the room and they bark for 30-40 minutes without stopping and prevent everyone from resting. The audibility is insane!!! You can hear absolutely everything... If you come across loud neighbors, then consider yourself unlucky. My advice: find out the situation right away. The furniture is already old, the doors in the closet do not close, they creak. (Standard room). The windows in the restaurant need to be painted... still 4*.
