Very poor restaurant performance. There are constant queues at dinner. Instead of a buffet, they arranged some kind of distribution, like in a cafeteria. The chef doesn't know how to cook meat. When the food runs out, they may not bring more. If you come for dinner not at 6, but at 7, or for breakfast later than 8, you may not find the promised menu and not find a served table. For breakfast, instead of juices, they offer some kind of swill from concentrates diluted with water. The waiters work poorly, sabotage setting clean tables, and are very unfriendly. The restaurant and its staff are not worthy of such a hotel.

We booked a non-smoking room with a balcony. Unfortunately, there was smoking on the neighboring balconies, on both sides of our balcony. This was very disturbing, because... all the smoke was coming towards us and we had to close the windows. I would like: 1. For the balcony to be considered an extension of the room and for non-smoking and smoking rooms to be more clearly separated, especially since the architecture of the building allows this. 2. When checking in, warn vacationers that the balcony is an extension of the room.

The procedures take place in excellent conditions - everything is new and very clean (which is important). The attitude is very friendly, everyone is smiling! The food is wonderful, for every taste. We took excursions directly at the hotel, we were very pleased, everything was organized, wonderful guides - Valentina and Zhenya, special thanks for the great time and the most interesting, information-rich excursions.
