There was no Charcot shower and underwater massage :( you need to write about this in advance. The restaurant (canteen) is delicious, but there is no cartoon. There is a rule - if you eat, it’s tasty. The dining room was not bad, but you didn’t feel like you were fully rested. The room smelled of old age. I used the entire bottle of perfume to kill this smell. The tropical shower in the Bath complex broke down. I told the person in charge about it, but he didn’t care. It still doesn’t work. I decided to save money and go to the Richmond hotel. It’s better to overpay 200 euros and enjoy your vacation.

We used the services of the site sanatoriums.com for the first time and were very pleased with both the prices and all the services. We chose the Richmond Hotel in Karlovy Vary. Unfortunately we only had one week at our disposal. The hotel is located in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk to the center. The rooms are large and clean. The bed and mattresses are comfortable. Towels and robes are snow-white. The hotel staff is very friendly! The procedures are performed professionally and responsibly. The food is very tasty and varied. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for spending a little vacation in this piece of paradise!

An amazingly cozy, comfortable, homely, friendly sanatorium located in an old English park, which adds an additional romantic note to the overall appearance of the beautiful mansion. Inside the hotel there is a fading chic of the 1950s, a special retro atmosphere and clear traces of former luxury. The same “retro” service - discreet, not fussy, very attentive and at the same time not too intrusive, excellent service in everything. Wonderful kitchen. Special thanks to the chef for the most delicate apple dessert (even though it is a complete disaster for the figure, it is an absolute pleasure that is impossible to resist). A very attentive doctor who listens not only to himself, but also to the patient. Friendly nurses always tried to create a schedule of procedures that was as convenient as possible for patients. Excellent daily housekeeping. The room itself is small, but comfortable and very clean (standard). And, of course, a wonderful wellness center. Unfortunately, due to the corona virus epidemic, it was partially closed, but this did not affect the holiday in any way, because... There were few guests at this time of year, there was enough space and time for everyone (the pool and saunas were open on a shortened schedule until 21:00). We wish all the staff of the sanatorium a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and, of course, to survive such difficult times. Thank you all so much and see you again in Richmond!Negatives

The distribution of terms for procedures occurs without the participation of the patient. Breakfast and lunch times are not taken into account. Very short lunch from 12:00 to 13:30. Procedures are prescribed during lunch hours, which leads to completely unnecessary stress. Sometimes it is possible to negotiate with the procedure nurse and move the procedure. I think this can be easily avoided. The spa center is very beautiful and modern, but too small for such a large hotel. The water in the pool is too cold and the room itself is too cold. The room was very cold, as the battery turned on by itself and did not last long. In the next room, on the contrary, she was constantly working and it was too hot. After the complaint, the problem was fixed almost instantly by installing a thermostat on the battery, which of course is a plus. Still, I think that this should have happened before the guests were placed in the rooms.

The rooms are not cleaned often, but it was not particularly annoying. The salt sauna did not work. The main drawback is one coffee machine that makes cappuccino. Therefore, there is always a queue for it, and in the last 2 days it was broken. With so many guests there should be at least three such machines

Everything was wonderful: location in a park area, variety of food, punctual procedures and without long minutes of waiting, everything in one building, a spring on the territory of the sanatorium, the city center is a 15-minute walk away, we were pleasantly surprised, we had a rest both in body and soul. Horrible hotel doesn't even deserve one star. Old rooms, smell of food and bleach everywhere. The food is not dietary, very little choice. The doctor is not attentive, he prescribes the same thing for everyone. A nurse takes blood without gloves. I regretted listening to the reviews and coming to this hotel.
