I had a great time in Richmond again! Calm and cozy atmosphere in the hotel, excellent treatments, friendly staff. The blooming park, pleasing to the eye and soul, was conducive to walks. Every day I visited a wonderful wellness center, unfortunately, my favorite thermal pool was not always thermal this time, sometimes the water was cool after lunch. The restaurant in Richmond is worthy of all praise: balanced and tasty food. The assortment became a little more modest, but the current selection suited me quite well. The only significant drawback is the short time for lunch! Often lunch time and procedures overlapped, and I had to go with a full stomach for a massage or water treatments, which of course is absolutely not physiological. Several times I didn’t have time before 13 o’clock to have a quiet meal, and in this case it didn’t work out; after 13:30 they politely but persistently reminded me that lunch time had expired....(In other hotels in Karlovy Vary, where I had already rested, lunch was before 15 hours!

Amazing location; perhaps the best in the entire resort - for our taste. Very good, varied and healthy food. The staff is very friendly. The source, located in the hotel lobby, is a big plus when there is no time to go to the colonnade. Large, relatively inexpensive parking at the hotel also added to the comfort. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, thermal pool and sauna complex.Negatives
Actually, only one fact slightly spoiled the luxurious impressions: they charged us more for our stay than the price we signed up for through sanatoriums.com. As residents of the eurozone, we agreed on an amount in euros, and the hotel converted it into kroons at its own rate (much higher than the official one in the country) and debited them from the card. Our bank (Dutch) converted the crowns back into euros, at the official rate, and as a result the amount was 95 euros higher. After the money was withdrawn and nothing could be returned, the hotel employee said that if we had paid in euros in cash, the amount would have been exactly the same as what we agreed on with sanatoriums.com. And for some reason she didn’t consider it necessary to warn us in advance, while we had cash. This is how we lost 95 euros out of nowhere. A trifle, of course, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. In our opinion, a hotel of this level should clearly explain to customers which payment option will be cheaper for them, and in which case they will pay exactly the amount agreed upon.

Hello . We returned yesterday. Everything is great, this is a place where you want to return. This is a paradise on earth where you want to walk endlessly. We want to come here again in September. Of all the sanatoriums where we have already been in Varakh, this is the best.. The spa department is super, 5 saunas, thermal pool, swimming pool, jacuzzi - everything for us every day. Car parking - only 4.50 per day!!! Thank you for your suggestion to visit Richmond!! Send us more suggestions for this sanatorium!!Negatives
There is a wish, we talked about this with the shift manager at the restaurant, namely: in the evening there is no choice of tea, i.e. It's only black one day, the next day it's only fruity, one variety. And yet, these teas are brewed by the staff in the kitchen and poured into a container. Where do we already drink from, what is served... Without taking into account the interests and tastes of customers. Someone likes it stronger and vice versa. We asked to be given a choice of Tea Bags, as is done in the morning, but we were refused. And yet, in the evening there is no choice of baked goods, because... e pastry shops, what is left from breakfast is served for dinner, it’s gone in 20 minutes, those who come to dinner an hour after the start will not find a choice of tea or tea. We will be glad if you help correct the situation. Thank you.

For older people, this is a little difficult. I think that if there was a plate with a dish as an example of what is in the tray, it would be better. And not just a symbol of fish, ram or pig that stood on the tray. I would also like to have steamed meatballs or cutlets, meatballs, meatballs every day. For older people and those who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract, this is important. What was also annoying was the scattering of procedures on different floors. We (2 adults) really enjoyed our stay (13 days/full board/complex treatment) at the Hotel Richmond. The hotel complex looks like a restored castle, embedded in an idyllic forest landscape. The fresh, pure air in the nearby forest is simply soothing. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast, Monday and dinner are offered in buffet form. The hotel has a comparatively large swimming pool and various saunas (classic sauna, herbal sauna, infrared sauna), which can be used at no extra charge. In addition to the spa services booked, we purchased additional treatments (peat mud bath) on site. Bathrobes and beach towels are provided daily by the hotel free of charge. I rested at the Richmond Sanatorium right after the New Year holidays. I chose a sanatorium based on localization and rehabilitation services for the musculoskeletal system. The Park Hotel is located in a very picturesque, quiet place in Karlovy Vary. It's about 15 minutes to the drinking colonnade, not a quick walk. Despite the low season, the number of clients at the sanatorium was very impressive. I was pleased with the service and quality of serving visitors. Everything is on time, polite, in the native language (Russian). All issues are resolved very quickly without delays. High-quality varied food, good room service, variety of procedures. Within a week I was able to rest and complete a rehabilitation course. I recommend

I rested at "Richmond" from 05/08/22 to 05/21/22. Very pleased! Everything was great! Excellent hotel in the park, the nature is amazing, you can walk around the hotel. Very friendly staff, attentive attitude of medical workers. Excellent spacious room, daily high-quality cleaning. Change of bed linen and bathrobes without any problems. The food is just great! Delicious dishes, a variety of snacks, there is always a large selection of fruits. Fresh baked goods every day. And there is always enough of everything, even if you came late. An excellent swimming pool, several saunas, a jacuzzi - it's all free - great! I recommend this hotel to everyone who likes to walk. 15 minutes to the center. at a calm pace. but you can also take the bus. I did not regret that I booked this hotel. Unfortunately, there were no plates or a knife in the room, for example, to peel or cut fruit. For some reason, there were no tablecloths in the restaurant, only some paper napkins. The tables looked like they were in a work canteen in the 80s... and the hot food was in some terrible containers; you had to constantly remove the lid and then close it again to see what kind of dish was inside.
