Impossible to change treatments. Tried on the first day before breakfast. Didn't go to half of treatments because time and type didn't suit me. Had an excelent Thai massage in town instead. Couldn't get information/suggestions of hiking possibilities in the area. Went to turist information in town instead and got a map. Couldn't recharge my EV (car) at the hotel. Went to Globus instead and used fast charger. The food was ok but too much the same. My wife and I went out to eat half of the time.

The hotel is located in a wonderful park area, ten minutes from the promenade. The staff is attentive and friendly. There are rooms for every taste. The food is varied, high quality, very tasty. Everything here is aimed at excellent relaxation and recovery. We will definitely come again and again.

When booking on sanatorium. com, a trip to Prague was included. Our tour guide was called Valentina. She told and showed us a lot of interesting things, we had a lot of fun. The Hotel Richmond has a very nice location, delicious food, nice staff in all areas. Only to recommend. Perfect rest.

For lovers of silence, this is an ideal option. A huge plus of this hotel is the park where you can calmly wander along the paths and enjoy the fresh air. The hotel is located away from the center, so it is very quiet and peaceful. Even though the hotel is huge, we only met people in the restaurant. Great pool, several saunas. And they work both morning and evening. Special thanks to the medical staff! I was a little sick and the doctor immediately examined me, they helped me, they called my room a bunch of times to find out how I was feeling. The food is varied, you won’t leave hungry. It is possible to order any dish or drink in the restaurant (for an additional fee).Negatives
The only negative was the lack of mineral water in the hotel itself at the time of our stay there (renovations were underway), which no one warned us about in advance. We only found out about this upon check-in. The nearest source is 1.5 km one way. .. You need to drink water 3 times a day. We ran around there instead of leisurely walks.

We vacationed at the Richmond sanatorium for the first time, the meeting, the accommodation, the staff, everything was great, varied food, excellent cuisine, special thanks to the cooks, as well as to all the service staff, without exception, we were satisfied, I would like to separately talk about location of the hotel, a large park area, and the air cannot be expressed in words, the smell of linden, grass, a stream flows along the hotel, walks in the morning and evening, the sound of water, birdsong, it’s romantic, I would also like to mention the parking, it is located on the hotel grounds, under security, a magnificent terrace where you can sit both during the day and in the evening, drink coffee, chat, the hotel is located near the city center, this made us very happy, we could take a walk, or go on a train that arrived at the hotel every hour, again I would like to say thank you to the hotel staff, without you the holiday would not have been great, we will come again, that’s for sure, your hotel is the place where you want to return.

What I didn't like. So not all nurses are friendly. Only during lymphatic drainage and gas injections the staff is friendly. The massage is not very good. I would like a little more variety in the choice of dishes. We didn't have enough tea or coffee for dessert for lunch and dinner; we could only drink water. It was so far away that there was no opportunity to drink water in the hotel itself.

1. Hotel location. The luxurious hotel is located in a beautiful park, 1.5 km from the drinking colonnades. Peace and quiet. It is pleasant to walk along the Goethean stitch to the source and back on a flat surface. There is a source of drinking water along the road. Very tasty. After lunch and dinner, you can sit on the benches in front of the Teplaya River. There is always parking for cars. 2. Very polite, friendly, qualified staff. And reception and room cleaning and dining room. Everyone is very polite. 3. The rooms are stylishly furnished. Equipped with everything you might need. The mattresses are soft, I wish they were a little firmer. 4. Doctor and honey. the staff works impeccably. The doctor always meets halfway when prescribing procedures. Examines carefully. The medical staff performs the procedures with special care and professionalism. 5. Magnificent and varied SPA complex. The biggest disadvantage: during our stay the promised drinking source did not work, and it is impossible for people aged 3 times a day to walk 1.5 km. In the dining room you should definitely have at least a small knife for cutting buns and maybe a little larger coffee mugs and add at least one coffee machine.

Wonderful hotel!!! Let me start by saying that he looks simply gorgeous. Spacious hall, wide staircase, cozy rooms. I really liked the sauna and spa treatments (we only stayed for four nights, so the focus was on Wellness). Polite, friendly staff. We also liked the location of the hotel. 10-15 minutes to the central streets. Therefore, it is not noisy and there are few passing cars. The only small minus is the food. It's like a canteen. But I think it’s like that in every hotel. I talked with other vacationers who were not in Karlovy Vary for the first time. They said that in this hotel the food is more varied than in others.

The menu in the dining room could be more varied. In Anna's absence, everything in the dining room was poorly organized; they had to be reminded about the bread, which was missing. During the procedures, the medical staff is completely inattentive, with a few exceptions. Other staff could have been friendlier.

Thanks a lot! The Richmond sanatorium is located in the suburbs of Karlovy Vary, a 20-minute walk to the city center. Along the way, along the forest area there is a spring with drinking water, so a walk to the springs is just a pleasure. The rooms are comfortable, the bedding is new and of excellent quality, the balcony is large, and there is an excellent swimming pool with many saunas. The sanatorium has its own huge park and a source of mineral water in the sanatorium building.Negatives
One small minus is the wide variety of food. I think it would be right to reduce the amount of food and pay attention to the quality and taste of the food. Less is more!
