I thank the Higher Powers for such a magical opportunity to spend 11 days in Karlovy Vary and the wonderful Richmond sanatorium. Everything is at a very high level: wellness treatments, SPA, thermal pool, very friendly staff. Food - excellent breakfasts, + restaurant dinners. Everything is very delicious! When booking, I indicated “windows to the forest”, and it was me who was given windows to the forest landscape :) Richmond is located on the outskirts of Karlovy Vary in a very green place. It is nice to exercise in the nearby park in the morning. Mineral drinking water is supplied to the hotel, which is very convenient. If you need to completely “reboot” your Soul and Body, then definitely go to Richmond, Karlovy Vary. So once a year, I recommend it to everyone!Answer from Spa Hotel Richmond

The hotel is beautiful, there is wonderful nature nearby, it is not crowded, half of the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the staff from the pelotherm/paraffin departments, pneumopuncture kab1, classic massage Urazaev, Tatyana and Latta, lymphatic drainage Ilyuzhakov, facial lymphatic drainage Faldusev. The guys at the bar are always cheerful with fast service. There were several helpful people in the restaurant too. The man in the white shirt who helps with luggage has a natural gift for service! He always greeted everyone politely and helped solve minor problems. These people all love their profession and they enjoy working with people - you can feel it and their energy is transferred to the hotel guests. This is very important for everyone. The quality of service was better before the pandemic. The staff of maids was reduced and, therefore, the maids carried out cleaning at any time convenient for them. In past years, cleaning was done during procedures. It was convenient for vacationers. There are also complaints about the placement. When booking, I indicated my wishes for the location of the room, but they were not taken into account and I received a worse room than the guests who arrived at the same time and booked the same type of room as me. When contacting the receptionist on duty, he stated that there were no other rooms and that a room could only be changed for an additional fee. The number of procedures has decreased.
