Second time in Richmond. Check-in from 02.10.22. to 10/15/22. A relative from Kazakhstan booked a room for us through Sanatorium.com. We were on vacation with two families. All liked it! Check-in is quick, the room is wonderful, the restaurant and food are excellent. The chef's dishes for dinner are huge and delicious. I liked all the procedures. Thank you to the paraffin and piloterma nurses! Attentive and polite. Nice area. We provided parking for cars. Everyone was happy and left in a great mood. We will come again.Negatives

We vacationed at the Richmond Sanatorium for the fourth time. Unfortunately, we missed two years due to Covid. We can say that the hotel, after a forced break, retained its staff and quality of services, added some positive aspects, which added advantages to accommodation and treatment. Regarding the check-in procedure, I would like to thank the girls at the reception. We checked in immediately upon arrival at 11.15, the rooms were already ready, we didn’t have to wait until 15.00. We were given a room of a higher category. During four visits to the hotel, three times we were given a room of a higher category. There are no complaints about the procedures. In the process of receiving treatment, it became clear that some procedures needed to be replaced. I contacted the doctor, and within 15 minutes the issue was resolved, without additional costs. Thanks to the nurses in room 6 on the 2nd floor, performing the paraffin and pilotherm procedures. I came before the appointed time a couple of times, they always met me halfway and did not make me wait for the appointed time. Cleaning, no complaints. If you need to change the size of your robe, please provide an additional towel, no problem. The hotel staff readily responds to any requests. At the same time, I booked two rooms for relatives from Germany. There were five of us, tables for four, but the girls in the restaurant always set us a table for five for dinner. There have been changes in the restaurant, two coffee machines have appeared! This makes me very happy. But it’s disappointing that there are no tablecloths or reusable cotton on the tables. napkins, and vases of flowers. This fact lowered the status of the Restaurant (I would like to call it a dining room). I think this is an echo of the pandemic; we have to save a little. The food was quite decent, they introduced an afternoon snack, but we never went. It seemed that the hotel was 100% occupied. Constant rotation of guests. The restaurant used a third room for dinner and lunch, which was not the case in previous times. I am very glad that the hotel has not lost its clientele, but rather has replenished its ranks! The food quality is good. But what caused trouble was the way the food was presented. Hot dishes were covered with lids (which is understandable). But! It does not take into account what is not visible to guests to select a dish. Usually there are signs above the dishes with the name of the dish and the ingredients that were used to prepare this dish. Or you could make a plate with this dish and cover it with cling film. Not all the serving cooks were polite, and some were downright aggressive and irritated. Therefore, this often spoiled the whole positive mood of staying at this sanatorium. I am a vegetarian and do not eat meat products. I had enough variety of food, but I had to give up soups completely, since cooks use meat broths when preparing skips. It is not entirely clear how you can cook vegetable soups using meat broths. I would like future chefs to take this nuance into account.Positives
