Unfortunately I have to rate two things as negative. 1) In the swimming pool, the employees have to tell everyone that people have to take a shower first and not jump into the pool straight away because that is unhygienic. 2) I was treated by two women for pneumopuncture, one of whom did everything well and correctly. Unfortunately, the second one isn't, and when she sprayed, only the first spot was disinfected, not all the others. I had a Pelotherm treatment before and didn't have time to take a shower, so my skin was dirty. In addition, she injects very little material under the skin, she does everything very quickly. The second employee does everything right and well.

The Richmond Hotel is ideally located - it stands on the edge of the city in a beautiful park; but at the same time, it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the center, and there are no climbs. The great convenience of this hotel is that all medical procedures and mineral water were located right in the hotel’s residential building. We really liked the treatment procedures and the wonderful medical staff of the hotel - we were in the safe hands of attentive and professional people. We were struck by the beauty of the interiors, which transported us to the “Golden Age” - chandeliers, streams, paintings and furniture are designed in the best traditions of the 19th century. Our family would like to thank the hotel staff for their 24/7 assistance with any questions/problems. I was impressed by the delicious and varied food, and the attentive waitresses and food distributors were beyond praise! I was pleased with the updated modern Spa. Saunas, jacuzzi and swimming pool are a good place to relax during the day.Negatives
It would be nice not to limit people to 1 towel and 1 sheet per day at the Spa; it was quite inconvenient. And another wish is to add hooks to the locker rooms.

The rooms are different, you don't know what you're getting, orientation of the room is very dated, especially in the bathroom. There is no non-smoking zone outside on the terrace, there is always a lot of smoking, there is no chance for non-smokers to sit there, the same goes for smoking on the balconies, it is also allowed, but then cigarette smoke drifts into the neighbors' rooms, which also happens very annoying. The employees in the reservation department were very unfriendly, very few of the staff spoke German or English, almost everywhere only Russian.

Spa: the water in the pool is very cool; Jacuzzi - very cool for a Jacuzzi. Only at your hotel I came across the practice of demanding additional payment for a second sheet or towel. It's petty, that's right. Very few sunbeds near the pool. There are 4 sun loungers for the entire pool! Food: The baked goods were somewhat disappointing. I'd like to see some cream pies and ice cream, not just muffins and scones. Excursion to Prague: we were told that the walking tour lasts 2.5 hours, but we were not told that it is a 9 km run. If you are not ready for the fact that you will be taken to a jewelry store that you did not intend to visit, and at the end of the excursion you “not necessarily, but preferably - separately for the guide, separately for the driver” - ask for a tip, then it is better to refuse.

Overall a good experience. I enjoyed my vacation. The hotel is located in a great location, there is a forest behind the hotel and a beautiful park in front. Both nature and architecture itself have a healing effect. A wonderful swimming pool and five saunas for every taste. Quite a large selection of procedures. Competent doctors and nurses. Polite staff at the reception. Great atmosphere and service in the restaurant. For those arriving with their own car, there is the possibility of parking in the guarded area of the hotel. There are many opportunities for walkers.Negatives
