My husband and I vacationed in Richmonde for the second time. Last year I wrote a negative review about the food at the hotel, but when we arrived this year we were pleasantly surprised - the food was excellent: they prepared very tasty cottage cheese casseroles, fish - trout and carp, excellent fish cakes, rabbit, chicken, etc. It became very varied menu for breakfast: cottage cheese, yoghurts appeared, and delicious oatmeal porridge was prepared. I asked the restaurant workers what led to such changes for the better, they told me that the chef had changed. Thank you very much for the delicious food, well-organized vacation and treatment. The work of the service staff was, as always, excellent: baths, pelotherm, lymphatic drainage were done competently, they accommodated the rescheduling of procedures, everyone was very friendly, with a smile on their face, I liked the quality of the services. The very convenient location of the hotel (far from the springs) made it possible not to gain excess weight, since we always walked to the springs at least 2 times a day. Still delighted with the spa area: every visit was a great pleasure. I will definitely come again, I recommend this hotel for a visit.

When booking, 27 procedures were indicated, they prescribed 25, plus we refused to donate blood, which could also have been replaced with procedures. They do not change gowns during the entire stay, they could have changed as needed. They do not clean the rooms very well and do not replenish personal hygiene items in the bathroom room until you ask.

A fairly convenient schedule of procedures. The spa complex is beyond praise, everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, correct and attentive. The only precedent arose with the staff (the massage therapist, a young man working in office 3 of the rehabilitation department, behaved disrespectfully, I irritated him very much in some way - at my request, after explaining the reason, they changed the massage therapist for me, and I hope they accepted some measures. . I don’t regard this situation as a minus, because I regarded it as a “human factor” that has nothing to do with the general policy of the hotel. - The food was quite satisfactory for everyone. For lunch and dinner, a choice of 4 hot dishes (always fish, poultry , meat), several types of side dishes. The desserts, however, are monotonous, but we regarded this as a plus, there are fewer temptations. -The room was always cleaned at a time convenient for us, there are no complaints about the quality of the cleaning.Negatives

Low level of medical care. My treatment went well, so I gave it a "good" rating. My husband’s blood pressure rose from the very beginning of treatment, which he had never experienced before. When we contacted the doctor, we received the answer that there was nothing wrong, we needed to continue. Every day he became worse and he left the sanatorium with great pleasure. Moreover, in the discharge the same doctor wrote greatly underestimated blood pressure figures and it was written that the treatment went without complications. When we tried to ask the nurse to correct the incorrect numbers and write the truth, she refused, citing the fact that there was no doctor and she was incompetent to correct anything. There was an unpleasant aftertaste after treatment at this hotel. You need to know that this particular water, these particular procedures, etc. are not suitable for everyone. . Conclusion: you need a good balneologist, a specialist in his field, who will select treatment individually for each person and will not brush aside the patient’s complaints about poor health. We were just unlucky with the doctor. Perhaps you just need to take a hotel without medical care

The main disadvantage of a holiday in Richmond in May was the large influx of holidaymakers from Arab countries and Turkey. It was very noisy because of them in the restaurant; often we could not sit at a table because... it was reserved. The restaurant has two halls and sometimes the second hall was completely full, and also in the main hall tables were reserved, preference was given to guests from the above countries, all this created a feeling of discomfort. It’s also very bad that when arriving for a long period of time, there was no opportunity to iron clothes. There is no special room for ironing and you can't ask for an iron at the reception. The room was poorly cleaned; I had to wipe off the dust and pollen myself, which caused my allergies. The room needs to be renovated; there is a huge stain on the ceiling from a leak.

Breakfast is tiring - nothing changes from year to year. Staff from other countries have appeared - the restaurant works responsibly. But doctors from other countries spoil the reputation of the hotel. The mood was spoiled when we learned that friends from Blagoveshchensk paid for the Richmond Hotel (14 days, full board with treatment and Suite A) 700 euros less than we Muscovites. We booked with a difference about 2 weeks (October-November) Strange and unpleasant!!! Lux A rooms are very tired, there has been no renovation for a long time. I really want to change the carpet to laminate. It is dusty and stained. We are thinking about moving to another hotel.

A young man works at the sanatorium, doing massage in room 3. In general, I welcome the attraction of young people to work, but they need to be taught how to work. At the appointed time for the massage, he did not open the office for me. I kept him under the door for 20 minutes. At the same time, I knocked quite loudly 4 times, but he showed no signs of being in the office. And only after 20 minutes he opened it and said that I wouldn’t accept it, supposedly I came late, but that’s not true. If he had opened it on time and pointed at the clock, but he heartlessly sat in the office and waited for the time. He gave me the first massage for 15 minutes and explained that the first massage is 15 minutes, but I know that this is not so. The older sister replaced the procedure for me, and the young man should have apologized. This is not my first time in sanatoriums.
