Unfortunately, this is the first time I’m writing something negative. We were checked into a room that smelled very strongly of sewage. When we mentioned this and asked the staff to come up and smell it, they said that they knew about it and immediately offered us another room. On the third day of vacation, they forgot their swimsuit in the shower room in the pool and were the last to leave. The next morning we asked the staff, but no one saw anything or even tried to help. On the last day at 9:30 a.m. they knocked on the room and asked when we would vacate the room. When checking out, no one asked if we liked our stay at the hotel.

Low level of service, monotonous food, no drinks except water at lunch and dinner. The mineral spring, on the third day of our stay, broke down and was not repaired before our departure, so there was no mineral water and the pool where there should have been mineral water stood empty. We stayed at the Richmond Hotel for one week. We liked everything from the first minutes of our stay. Clean, comfortable room with adjustable air temperature, safe, fresh bathrobes. Unfortunately, the doctor’s appointment was postponed by a couple of days due to his illness, but this did not prevent him from receiving all treatment procedures in full. The food is organized in such a way that everyone can choose something for themselves. You won’t have to overeat like in Turkey, but there is always fish, poultry or meat, as well as salads, fruits and baked goods. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Our goal was not to gain excess weight. In short, everything was enough for us. We had breakfast and dinner. There was not enough kettle in the room to drink some tea before going to bed. Parking for a car is paid in the hotel courtyard for about 5 euros per day. Free use of the saunas and swimming pool was pleasantly relaxing every day. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to visit the hotel again. Thanks to all the medical and service staff for a good stay.Negatives

I was startled by the boldness of some Russian Germans in their assessments. People who have generally never visited a hotel like the "Richmond". I say that because I have made at least 30 trips to Russia over decades and know the situation there. What was striking was the hospitable attitude of all employees towards the guests. They always tried to fulfill all requests that were made to them. What was particularly positive was the price/performance ratio of the house, which I would recommend at any time.Negatives
