We have been going to Karlovy Vary for 10 years, walked to this sanatorium but did not live in it. This year we decided to try it and really liked it. Friendly staff, from the parking attendant to the doctor. The procedures are of good quality and end at approximately 14.15 hours. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The choice of dishes in my opinion will satisfy anyone. Nice rooms, we are satisfied with the cleaning. The surrounding nature, classic interiors and excellent service will remain in your memory.Negatives
Considering that the doctor prescribed us to drink water in the Geyser three times a day, the distance of 1200 meters does not seem to be much, but three times a day. I honestly admit that we often drank water in the hotel, fortunately we have our own source.

We've been staying at the Richmond sanatorium since October 8th. I really liked everything, the food, the treatment, the attitude. We were in Karlovy Vary for the 5th time, all the time in different sanatoriums also 4 stars. There was always something that didn’t suit me: the food, the location, etc. We fell in love with this sanatorium right from the first day. Well done everywhere. A wonderful doctor, all the girls during the procedures are very friendly and attentive, the waiters in the restaurant are great and don’t believe that if you come late there is not enough food, everything is constantly replenished. Very good wellness center. Saunas are great. We finally settled on Richmond, we will come here again. And I’ll also add that the meeting company Sanatoriums.com is very convenient to deal with this company. Excellent location of the resort. Stunning, beautiful park. The air is saturated with oxygen and the aroma of autumn oak trees. There are a lot of mushrooms all around. The soul and body rest. We had good accommodation - the balcony overlooked the park. We arrived at nine o'clock in the evening and were fed a delicious dinner for free. The restaurant, where breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held, is small but cozy. The food is delicious. BUT!!!!!! Little time is allocated for lunch and dinner!!!! And if you are late for the start of the meal, then all the delicious hot dishes are taken away, and then the standard dishes are offered.

Good afternoon. I thank you for your stay at the Richmond Hotel. My husband and I really enjoyed everything. Wonderful and friendly staff, all procedures were carried out in a timely manner, there were no queues at the office. Friendly and attentive nurse and Doctor Tatyana. The food is excellent, the restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful. There is a wonderful park near the hotel, and I would like to say something about the pool. The pool and saunas are sooooo wonderful, especially the steam and herbal saunas, I didn’t want to leave there and everything was very clean. It may be a little far from the springs, but this also has its advantages; walking is good for your health. I would like to come to you next year!!!!Negatives

A bad impression about the work of the road services in your beautiful city. There are no pedestrian crossing markings in the area of the Richmond Sanatorium. As a result, people run like hares from under the wheels of flying cars. But many of them cannot move quickly for health reasons.

The downside was the quality of food. Despite the large selection of dishes (three different types of meat and fish for lunch and dinner, salads, vegetables and fruits, etc.), the food was bland every other day. Apparently, this depended on the change of cooks.

This was not the first time we had rest and treatment at the Parkhotel Richmond and have repeatedly met regular visitors to the hotel there.
