We rested at the Richmond Hotel from 04/27 to 05/11/2019. This is our third time here. Just like last year, everything is still excellent: good rooms, quality of medical services, friendliness and friendliness of the staff (we took a massage externally and all procedures in the hotel were adjusted to the massage schedule), food. I had a negative experience with the masseuse from room 9. I have never met such an unfriendly and dissatisfied person in my life, unfortunately, during all the time of my vacation and stay in sanatoriums... and I have 15 years of experience. And most importantly, if she was a good specialist, otherwise she only gave massage strokes... I had to change the massage therapist and everything fell into place. I expressed my complaints to the doctor, I hope measures were taken.

Terrible audibility in the rooms, you feel like you are in a cheap hostel. Complete mismatch between price and quality. The food is ordinary, sometimes of poor quality. Treatment is the same as in a district clinic. In the same Garden Pramen or Astoria, for a much cheaper price, the treatment was better, and the food was the same, not to mention the location. They couldn’t replace the mattresses; I asked several times (the mattresses were sagging). The staff (not all of them, of course, there are very client-oriented employees) are not particularly interested in the people living and receiving treatment. The question is why? (they just sit on a fixed part of their salary)

No, rooms are cleaned, beds are changed every 3 days. They are rude and do not explain the living conditions. The pool is open all day, the sauna is open from 1 day only. Dietary meals prescribed by a doctor are not made separately.Answer from Spa Hotel Richmond

We had a great rest from 14/04 to 27/04/19. The quality of treatment, food and service is very good. The hotel's location is excellent, in a park area, the air is clean. It’s a 20-25 minute walk to the main source; we specifically chose the hotel so that we could walk more. For those who have problems with their legs, it is better to choose a hotel closer to the colonnade or take a bus. The hotel has 1 spring, it is very convenient to drink water at the hotel in the morning. I enjoyed my vacation. I recommend it.Negatives
