Room cleaning is poor quality. There are cobwebs on the ceiling in the corners, which is very unpleasant; the dust on the dressing table is not wiped off. During our stay from 01/08/20 to 01/22/20, only the first three days the heating was turned on in the room, from 5 am for one hour, and at 15-00 also for one hour. The room was cold and not comfortable, especially after the procedures. Pneumopuncture in the room. number 4, a young unfriendly nurse, the quality of the procedure depends on her mood. Although Pneumopuncture is always a roulette, with one appointment, they give injections at 10 points, then at 14-16 points. The food has deteriorated a little, breakfast plates began to be set to small dessert plates, and the cheese plate became slightly poorer. One shift of cooks from 01/13/20 to 01/19/20 prepared more delicious and varied salads and side dishes; during the second shift, only chopped and boiled vegetables. Everyone's meat was delicious. Soup, as you come across, there were some very tasty cream soups, and there were some that weren’t. Room 443. In the bathroom the water in the sink does not drain well. The slope of the floor in the shower is not done enough - the water spreads across the entire floor before exiting. You have to wash close to the wall. Periodically (rarely) there is a clicking sound in the table with the refrigerator, quite loud and sometimes at night. Request for TV - arrange TV channels in groups according to language, it is not convenient when they are on different numbers. We were at the sanatorium on New Year's Eve. I really liked it! Interesting cultural program, festive atmosphere! And most importantly - silence! The festive fireworks only briefly interrupted it. I highly recommend a New Year's trip to those who are tired of chaotic and long fireworks displays. Very nice staff, speaking Russian. The rooms are clean. I really liked the treatment, especially the classic massage (almost Soviet school). The food is amazing, thanks to the chef and all the staff! I highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates coziness, comfort and silence!Negatives
There just wasn’t enough hot boiling water to make tea during lunch and dinner. The restaurant served ready-made tea, which tasted very different from our usual one.

Hotel 6 times. And probably the last one. The last three times were chronic repairs. There are workers everywhere, dirt, pipes, cables and open doors to the street. No peace. People get colds. (including my children). They thought of installing hand sanitizer after 10 days. There are many sick people in the hotel. The quality of food has become worse (especially hot dishes - they are made from cheaper products and are often not tasty at all. In recent days, the thermal water has been turned off. The hotel is like on an island - not a single pedestrian crossing. People run across the road like hares - they wait for an accident and then they will draw. First they put us in rooms where renovations began the next day. They barely moved them. Apart from air and water, everything else is negative.
