We really liked the location of the hotel, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, where it is very quiet. For people who love walking, this is the best option. There is a spring in the hotel itself. The colonnades are about 15 minutes on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious (we had a comfort room), cleaning is done every day, towels are changed. Special thanks to the cooks and waiters. Excellent cuisine, the food is very tasty and varied. The hotel also has a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a small pool with spring water, and 5 or 6 different saunas. We recommend this hotel to everyone. We would like to relax here again. We arrived on Sunday after 15:00 and were given a doctor’s appointment only on Tuesday. On Monday we were prescribed a classic massage, for which we thank you very much, but considering that we arrived for only a week, we could have started the procedures earlier and ordered more of what we liked. Suggestion - for those arriving on Sunday with your transfer, arrange an initial doctor's appointment on Monday. The return transfer was very unsuccessful. I won't describe it in detail. There were some downsides to the Richmond Hotel's procedures. I got one bad, indifferent worker in the massage and Charcot shower procedures. There were unpleasant consequences after the procedures. After the request to replace the specialist, everything came into balance. In addition, a couple of times it was noticed that instead of the required 20 minutes, the procedure ended after 15 minutes. And once, at the end of the procedure with the hydromassage bath, two used patches floated to the surface. They weren't mine. This means that the bathtub was not cleaned properly before the next use.
