A magnificent sanatorium, a comfortable, quiet and peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle. The beautiful interior of the sanatorium always pleases the eye. Excellent reception staff, cleaning service and medical staff. The sanatorium has a professional team of doctors. Great chef, amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. We've been going to Richmond for 3 years and we're falling in love with it more and more. In case of inclement weather, there is something to do on site and there is a spring with healing water. There is parking for a car. A very convenient place for walking through the forest. Next year only in Richmond!!!!

My husband and I love Karlovy Vary very much, we have been vacationing every year for 5 years now. We chose the Richmond Hotel last year based on reviews on the website, but this year we didn’t choose anything - we knew that we would only go here! We like everything: the reception service, the doctors, and the hotel itself (even if there are some cracks and chips somewhere). Well, the CHEF!!! this.... It's hard to find any epithets! Only superlatives of all praise! And, perhaps, the most important thing I would like to say. We ended up at the hotel at the moment when the coronavirus quarantine regime was introduced in the Czech Republic. In Richmond, all recommendations of the Czech government were implemented, while the Richmond administration did everything in its power to ensure that hotel guests felt as comfortable as the situation allowed. I really want the situation in the world not to have a negative impact on the work of the hotel! We want to return to our beloved Richmond!Negatives

Already upon arrival at the reception, they force you to sign a paper in Czech without translation, which I don’t know. Poor soundproofing in the rooms, this is especially inconvenient in room 207, next to the doctor's office. I don’t understand at all why rooms are arranged next to offices, the staff is very noisy and very early, the maids start talking loudly. In room 331 there are problems with electrical wiring that cannot be solved - a worldwide problem. When at night it started buzzing terribly, like a siren, the receptionist on duty He answered me that he didn’t understand Russian or German either. He didn’t even raise his ass to go into the room and look. The rooms have a lot of unnecessary furniture, but the plumbing does not work well: water accumulates in the sinks, especially in the showers. I was unpleasantly surprised that the oxygen therapy procedure was shortened by an entire hour. On the ground floor there are unpleasant, impolite nurses in the bathroom department. In general, it seems to me that no one from the administration reads the reviews, because from year to year it’s the same thing and nothing changes.

We visited this sanatorium for the fifth time, we always really liked everything, based on the experience of previous visits, I booked the maximum number of days. We lived in the same room when we booked category 2, despite the fact that we have now booked standard. It is not clear how the rooms are classified. They promised to demonstrate the difference between the rooms “standard” and “category 2,” but they never did. In the mornings there was periodically an incomprehensible noise, the origin of which could not be explained. There was an unpleasant aftertaste from the last visit, unlike the previous ones. Next time I intend to consider the option of another sanatorium.

1. discrimination against Russian holidaymakers: the waitress Helena simply did not serve. 2.The unkempt appearance of some waitresses: crumpled uniforms, unkempt, hanging hair. I would also like the expression on some faces to be friendlier. 3. I would like to see a coffee machine in a 4* star hotel. The drinks offered are cold and can hardly be called coffee or tea. 4. Lack of electric kettles and slippers in the rooms. 5.The hotel was constantly undergoing renovations. The doors to the street opened wide, and returning after the procedure you could easily catch a cold.
