Inconvenient lunch time (from 12 to 13.30) Breakfast at the level of a 3* hotel: eggs, scrambled eggs, three types of sausages, vegetables, cold cuts. For people who are on an anti-cholesterol diet, there is nothing to eat except oatmeal with water... You can still be patient for a week of stay, but when you come for three weeks... Why not add boiled meat or fish instead of one type of sausage for people who dieting? Or some kind of casserole?

We went on an excursion for the whole day. They didn’t look at it right away, but one was opened and half of the products were not reported.

The undoubted advantage of the sanatorium is its location. In a quiet place and at the same time not far from the sources and the historical center of the city. The sanatorium itself is also an interesting place from a historical point of view. Great interior. There is a private source right at the hotel and if the weather is really bad, then this is a good option. The pool center and saunas are simply excellent. The hotel has a fairly large parking lot and this, in my opinion, is an important point. We got what we came for. Wonderful holiday.

The sanatorium worthily maintains the brand of one of the best in Karlovy Vary. I was in this sanatorium for the first time in 2013. The changes are only positive. Everything shows professionalism, respect and a desire to meet high standards. Find a reason and see the disadvantages and find fault with nutrition, treatment, etc. Of course you can. Positive emotions began from the moment we were met at the airport, for which special thanks to the team, Sanatorium.com., then the positivity continued upon arrival in Richmond... - while we received the keys and documents, our luggage was delivered to our room,, , well, then everything is like in a fairy tale....super doctor Yana Karaskova...super procedures..super employees, from reception to cleaning ladies,,super restaurant with a super team...cooks, waiters, bartenders... fabulously tasty dishes and a wide range of everything very tasty and healthy for the stomach,,,here you can also include live music in the evenings,,,well, about the pool, saunas and so on...it’s impossible to describe in words, because here you have to to visit in order to feel the very atmosphere of positivity and a surge of strength and health,,, and at that time outside the windows there was a frosty winter with snow and frosts up to min. 10 -17 * which actually did not interfere with walks through the super beautiful garden,, forest,, along the river rustling under the ice, by the way, only a 9-minute walk to the main sources, the Colonnade, or one stop on bus 2.. And the result of it all was that I left my crutches in Richmond and walked home on my feet, like everyone else people.... Well, isn't this the main result of the efficiency and coherence of the work of the entire Richmond team..... Liked everything. We have vacationed in this sanatorium 4 times. This speaks for itself. They always go to a meeting. Very good doctor Kveta Podlipna. Gave good recommendations from the last visit. This helped when I got home. We received the test results that were taken from us at the beginning of our stay. The restaurant has a variety of food, and most importantly, it is very tasty and suits every appetite. The service staff is friendly. I would especially like to note the work of your company Sanatoriums.com: the transfer was on time and notified in advance. Wet cleaning of the room was carried out only once in 3 weeks (at our request). It’s not clear how to order a special dish in a restaurant (using the red card), there is no specific order, I was tormented throughout my stay at the hotel. Several times we encountered the boorish behavior of a security guard in the parking lot (a request to the hotel management to teach the employee how to communicate politely with vacationers). It is uncomfortable to sleep on two separate mattresses.
