Wonderful stay at the Richmond sanatorium! The location of the hotel in a park area is invaluable, away from the noise and bustle. Fresh air, birdsong, silence - everything helped to “disconnect” from problems and the frantic pace of life. A very beautiful hotel, wonderful staff who do everything possible to ensure that guests are satisfied at every stage of their stay, from food to treatment. The procedures take place in excellent conditions - everything is new and very clean (which is important). The attitude is very friendly, everyone is smiling! The food is wonderful, for every taste. We took excursions directly at the hotel, we were very pleased, everything was organized, wonderful guides - Valentina and Zhenya, special thanks for the great time and the most interesting, information-rich excursions. If you don’t really like to walk and want to have fun, then this hotel is definitely not for you - everything here is measured and the public knows why they came here. A hotel with its own traditions, not a youth hotel. We liked everything very much. The staff is attentive, there was never a problem rescheduling procedures if we went on an excursion. The food is quite decent. Wonderful water complex. There are no complaints about the cleaning of the room. There is only one negative thing - a hair dryer. Next time I’ll take mine and recommend it to everyone.

My wife and I have been vacationing in this sanatorium for the third year in a row in July. We really like everything here. Particularly noteworthy is the modern complex of water treatments - swimming pool, Jacuzzi, contrast bath, mini pool with mineral water, salt, herbal, Finnish, steam, ultraviolet saunas. Previously, the food hall had a separate table with food for diabetics. In particular, baked ones made from fructose, grapefruit, etc. For some reason this did not happen this year.

An irrational system of time planning of medical procedures that does not take into account the wishes of clients, when the 1st procedure begins at 07:00 in the morning (early), and the second can begin at 10:30. At the same time, the only relief during this pause may be breakfast, after which a maid will enter your room several times (without knocking) and ask: can she clean up?)) The whole point is: that in the Czech Republic the working day traditionally begins very early and ends mainly after lunch. Clients should take this into account, but no one warns them about it. Guess for yourself)) Just like the Czech punctuality in the work of the pool, the water in the contrast foot pool was drained without warning me at the moment when I was there. Although, these are small things compared to the amazing relaxation and treatment in this sanatorium in general! However, perhaps the management of Richmondi really wants to become ideal, will take more deeply into account the mentality of the guests, will think about informing them about local peculiarities, and will help its staff not to be so categorical in the procedure for completing the work of the pool))) Then this Park Hotel will definitely become " an island of paradise on Earth" )))...

Excellent work by doctor Podlipn and all the medical staff. The procedures are prescribed only necessary, nothing superfluous. The doctor is always open for communication. The rooms are always clean, bed linen is changed frequently. The location is the best in Karlovy Vary: clean air, silence and grace. Restaurant workers - Well done!!! Gorgeous nature, mild climate, conscientious procedures (we are doctors ourselves), excellent food, comfortable room. Warm up in the sauna, swim in the pool. Sleep and skin like a baby) On Tuesday, an excursion to Loket. On Wednesday the trip ends, we leave for Prague. Next time we will plan a trip to M. Lazne. Thank you, Vladislav. I liked the unique location of the sanatorium surrounded by a park. Clean rooms, cleaning every day. I am very pleased with the procedures, the fresh treatment rooms and spa impressed me. We had a very good impression of our stay at the parkhotel Richmond - the work of the hotel staff and its restaurant evokes respect and gratitude. I would also like to say separately about the well-equipped pool complex, which also includes saunas, contrast and thermal baths, as well as a mini-pool with underwater massage (several operating modes of the nozzles). The hotel building is not located in the city center, which makes it possible to enjoy nature and birdsong right in the room - just open the windows; in fact, the hotel is located in the forest at the foot of the mountain.

During my stay from 05/09/16 to 05/22/16, I really liked everything: the accommodation, the treatment, the food and the work of the staff. The aqua complex deserves special attention, including: a magnificent swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a pool with mineral water, a Kneipp path (extraordinary relaxation) and of course 5 different saunas (wet and dry steam rooms, infrared, herbal and salt), an ice machine crumbs - everything is at the highest level.
