The hotel does not have a water cooler, only in the sauna. There is no kettle in the room, and in the evening you want to drink tea or just hot water. Terrible tea for lunch and dinner. I can’t understand why in a sanatorium you have to pay to measure your blood pressure. Why then do you need an evening and night nurse? Before you start filling out procedures, look at what excursions you would like to attend, since once you have assigned procedures, you can only change them for a fee. Excellent location of the hotel, we arrive in the pre-Christmas time, walks through the park covered with snow are simply fabulous. Many thanks to everyone for the well-coordinated work! I wish you all good health and all earthly blessings. I especially wanted to mention the cooks for the delicious casserole (why only in the evening, I would have liked it in the morning), the waitress Anna, the girls at the reception quickly respond to all requests and wishes and try to help. Towels are changed every day. Bed in 2-3 days. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice atmosphere in the hotel. Light jazz music is played only 2 times a week (Tuesday, Friday). It was very cold in room 303. The most negative impression left was from the dining room. The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly. There is a frostbitten reaction to any request. Disgusting taste of coffee. I’m generally silent about latte, cappuccino and espresso, because it wasn’t there. It was necessary to order for a separate fee, but this is nonsense. There was simply no one to order it from. All the waiters stood in a bunch in the corner and were interested in everyone and everything except the visitors. Disgusting food service. The food was tasteless; after the New Year, for another 2 days dried tartlets were displayed from the New Year's table. Soups are a separate issue! I can’t call this “masterpiece” anything else other than slop. It's safe to say there was no dessert. In general, if you want to plunge into the atmosphere of the canteen of a poor nursing home, then take this hotel with meals. I recommend the hotel and treatment, you need to eat somewhere else. We vacationed in Richmond for the third time. We love the month of December, the pre-holiday mood, there is such beauty all around! The hotel put up a beautiful Christmas tree, although a little late, due to renovations in the restaurant. This year there were significantly more vacationers than last year, this indicates a high rating of the sanatorium. Many thanks to all the employees of Richmond for organizing our vacation! + the only plus of this hotel is the location, close (15 minutes) to the 1st spring, on the edge of the forest + the staff: very nice men work in the bar and almost everyone in the restaurant is pleasant + the interior itself, chandeliers, curtains and all that, niceNegatives
- I can’t call the food dietary, for breakfast all 2 weeks we ate oatmeal with milk, considering that we haven’t consumed cow’s milk for a year, because there were no more cereals for breakfast, but 3 types of fried sausages of all kinds and eggs))) in general, who eat right, it will be hard there. - treatment is a separate issue. My husband and I bought the same 2 full packages, but by the time I arrived I was pregnant. in the end, I didn’t receive the procedure (I don’t blame you for that, I didn’t research it myself) BUT they didn’t refund the difference in finances and prescribed 3 cosmetic procedures (instead of 16 for my husband) and said that they were doing me a favor. I compared prices, it’s not balanced. and we really didn’t like the doctor. - parking: it seems to be there, but when you arrive in the evening there may not be any space and you look for parking outside the hotel and when leaving you are billed for all days of parking, that is, you pay for parking in full and you may not always be able to park there =) - if you are with a child, keep this in mind! A baby crib costs 10 euros PER DAY! When we left, we were simply shocked: we travel often, but this is the first time we’ve seen this. We booked two adults and one child, we went into a room with one bed with two mattresses with a large hole in the middle. how three of us were supposed to sleep together is a question. We go to ask for a child’s bed and they tell us that it costs 10 euros (ok, everywhere it’s free or you usually pay 10 euros one time for a bed, that’s what we understood). As a result, the child slept there all night and was all itchy, and the rest of the nights we slept on one narrow mattress together, when we checked out the bill was 140 euros for a crib =) I was amused, and also the bill for the room for THREE! =) the third one was apparently supposed to be on the floor =) - we chose this hotel because of the main thing in the description: a swimming pool with mineral water! he didn’t work the entire time we were there (they say he doesn’t work there at all) In general, in the hotel you always feel like they’re skimping on you, that everything is somehow strained. У Вас было проживание, лечение за спецпредложение и по этому Вам не было возможно вернуть деньги. Если человек не лечится и у него только проживание с полным пансионом, так стоимость почти одна и тоже как у клиента с лечением. Так, как у Вас было это спецпредложение, была бы еще с Вас нужна доплата за проживание. Детская кровать доплачивается почти тоже везде в мире. Когда Вы детской кроватью не пользовались, было нужно на рецепции гостиницы сказать. Коллеги бы ее забрали и Вы бы не были должны ничего доплатить. Жалко, что Вы Ваши претензии не решили сразу вовремя Вашего проживания у нас. Точно мы бы нашли вариант, чтобы было все в порядке. Желаю Вам и Вашей семье всего доброго. С уважением

Unfortunately, we were very unlucky with the room we were assigned to. Room 411. We were unpleasantly surprised and very upset. The room needs major renovations. The floors in the corridor are dented and lumpy. The carpeting throughout the room is old and needs replacing. Unpleasant smell in the room. The furniture was old, worn out, scratched, the bar door didn't close properly. The chairs are rickety. The walls are dirty. In addition, the room is very small. We paid for a standard room. It’s even impossible to imagine what a “category 2” room looks like.
