We spent two weeks in your wonderful hotel. I especially liked the location of the hotel among the greenery of the park and forest!!! The attitude of the staff is beyond praise. The food is high quality and varied. I also liked the treatment and water treatments at the SPA center. I would especially like to note the impeccable work and excellent attitude of a specialist in individual therapeutic exercises, and she also gives gas injections, her name, if I’m not mistaken, is Yana. A young man works at the sanatorium, doing massage in room 3. In general, I welcome the attraction of young people to work, but they need to be taught how to work. At the appointed time for the massage, he did not open the office for me. I kept him under the door for 20 minutes. At the same time, I knocked quite loudly 4 times, but he showed no signs of being in the office. And only after 20 minutes he opened it and said that I wouldn’t accept it, supposedly I came late, but that’s not true. If he had opened it on time and pointed at the clock, but he heartlessly sat in the office and waited for the time. He gave me the first massage for 15 minutes and explained that the first massage is 15 minutes, but I know that this is not so. The older sister replaced the procedure for me, and the young man should have apologized. This is not my first time in sanatoriums.

I have not seen in any sanatorium that they would measure your blood pressure for 2 euros. I think this is not correct. I had a problem, my gold earrings disappeared on April 17, I was very upset. I had already calmed down.

Of the minuses, I would like to note the behavior of the employee who made the pearl bath. It was my fault I was late, I looked at the time incorrectly. They just turned me out the door without offering another time. The desire to write a conclusion in the language of the person being treated, in my case in Russian, so as not to have to run around translating later.

A fly in the ointment was waiting for me when leaving the hotel. As usual, I went to the reception to give the key and say goodbye until my next visit. I was presented with TWO invoices. One is for using the minibar, the other is from the bar, which is located on the 0th floor near the restaurant. I didn't use either one or the other. The woman at the reception argued that there could be no mistakes, and these were my bills. I didn’t even open the minibar while I lived there, and I don’t know what I have to pay for. Regarding the bill from the bar on the 0th floor. Vacationers order drinks from this bar during lunch and dinner. And, if they do not pay in cash right away, then the bill is punched out with a check for the room number. Apparently, any room number is called, and the waiters take your word for it without checking this information. This is what happened with my number. As a result, someone blatantly took advantage of this and the bill was issued to my room. This is such a very unpleasant story. And I don’t know how to protect myself for the future. As a result of arguing within 20 minutes, I paid these bills. Of course, they did not believe my words that I did not use these services. Having decided that reputation is more valuable and it’s not about 260 crowns, I gave the money and left. The mood was ruined the entire way back home. But, if you cross that out, I think that Richmond is the best hotel in Karlovy Vary. I recommend it to everyone!

We arrived on Sunday. The doctor only saw me on Tuesday morning. The appointments were not all successful - at home we regularly visit the pool and sauna, so water and thermal procedures did not seem very necessary to us. (However, they were later partially replaced without problems). The first night was difficult - a very cold room (after the renovation, we were probably the first in it). It is not possible to find extra blankets at the hotel at night. But then everything got better.
