Urgently change the menu in the restaurant. Sooooo much fried food (what kind of therapeutic diet are we talking about?). And the fat is pouring out. The taste leaves much to be desired. Herring only in vinegar (why????). The menu has been almost the same for two weeks. Baking is bad. This is the first time out of 7 previous ones.

But there is still one thing. In the evening there is no place to get boiling water, sometimes I really wanted to drink tea. And the thermal pool, it is only open on weekends and only after lunch. This is more of a remark than a negative one. You could just put a water cooler and write about the sanatorium that the thermal pool is open only on weekends. But in general, a solid 5

We just returned from Karlovy Vary. We rested at the Richmond sanatorium. I want to share my impressions. The hotel is located in a very beautiful park. Everything is beautiful there, the nature around and the hotel itself, and the people themselves who work there. Probably, if I say that it’s not I wanted to leave, this would be enough to evaluate this sanatorium. The staff of the sanatorium is very pleasant, the quality of treatment is excellent. The sanatorium is located in a very beautiful place, in the forest on the outskirts of the city. And although it’s not close to the springs, 2.5 km (I had to drink water from the farthest source, number 15), it was also pleasant and useful. The great convenience is that the sanatorium has its own source of mineral water, and when you don’t have time to go to the source due to procedures, you can drink the water right on the spot. The service staff is very friendly and caring. The food is wonderful. Lots of salads and fruits. Fish every day. Everything is very delicious. The room with the terrace is magnificent. You cannot consult a doctor if you have questions about the course of treatment. We had 2 visits. One per day after arrival for appointments. A second visit a week later, when you can change procedures or ask questions. But if you have questions after this, you have to pay for the consultation. Also, we were seen and prescribed treatment by one doctor, and a week later there was another one. But that's the only drawback

We were there for 2 weeks in August. Everything is great, treatment and staff, food - everything is great. Even our maid Ivanka (we ask for a bonus). The procedures were chosen correctly, thanks to doctor Ksenia, the entire medical staff is above all praise. They even took into account our wishes; we visited twice. Ordered for next year.Negatives

From the moment I booked until the moment I checked out, I felt great. The hotel itself exudes an atmosphere of politeness, comfort and friendliness. The staff behaves like hospitable hosts. The medical staff is more like parents than doctors; they treat people very carefully and caringly. The cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen is at the highest level. We really enjoyed. We will definitely come back again. I congratulate the owners of the Richmond Hotel for running a well-organized business and having professional employees. Each group individually works well and complements each other in an organized manner. The restaurant workers provide food and service at the highest level; you can feel the presence of a talented organizer of the entire process. Smiles adorn the faces of every professional. I would like to note the professionalism of the Sanatoriums team; at every stage of communication with them we received a prompt response and functional solutions. The curtains are dirty, the bathroom curtains are just black. It’s better to remove the curtain in the bathroom altogether if you don’t want to wash it. Absolute lack of shelves in the bathroom (only the window sill behind this dirty curtain). Ragged walls, radiators, doors. The luxurious crystal chandeliers have not been washed or repaired for years. The masseuse is doing a massage with one hand and looking at something on her phone with the other.

I can’t say anything about lunch (not included in our package), but breakfast and dinner are something!!!! Large selection and very tasty. The food is very tasty and varied. The service staff, clearing tables, sometimes did not behave very friendly, as if we were bothering them in the restaurant and they were just waiting for us to leave and this was a little annoying. Almost all the lights were turned off and everything was cleaned completely until tea at 19:30, even if we sat inside and ate some more (we just sometimes returned after an excursion after 7 pm and we had no choice)

The restaurant's opening hours are inconvenient. We took one-day tours to Germany, which started at 7:40 am and ended around 9 pm and were left without paid breakfasts and dinners. This could have been survived if there had been a coffee maker in the room. A similar situation arose when we were leaving for the airport in the morning.

Some procedures have been reduced in time. Lack of politeness and sometimes rudeness from some of the staff, including therapists. The corner with thermal water in the pool only worked once during our two-week stay. As a wish: refresh the rooms in terms of renovation.
