sanatoriums.com - there are always some problems with tickets. Now in one direction, then in the other. Not all older people can issue their own boarding pass. I had to send the ticket to my daughter so that she could check me in and receive boarding passes from her. And then they send preferential offers when half of the tour has already been paid for and nothing can be changed. Everything else is good.

However, when offering a possible transfer, it should be urgently pointed out that this takes place in 2 stages, namely first to Dresden, then changing to another minibus and continuing on to Kolberg! For us that meant: travel from Hamburg to the southeast of Germany and back to the northeast of Germany: at least twice the travel time compared to direct transport - we hadn't expected that. But if you would like to see Germany, then it is of course recommended :)

Return transfer 05/27/23 - a tire on the minibus broke. We descended on the descent about 150 meters on the rim. There was no jack in the bus. Technical assistance arrived 3.5 hours after the accident. We arrived 4 hours late. There is no message on the website of the Morava Hotel and sanatoriums.com that the city elevator has not been working for almost two months, which is surprising, because the occupancy of the hotel depends not least on the functioning of the city elevator. For elderly people, as well as those with leg and back problems, walking up the mountain three times a day is very problematic.
