In general the service is good. They explained everything, helped me choose a hotel and treatment. But I would like to draw your attention once again to the transfer services. Upon arrival, no one met us; we waited for about an hour. And this is after a sleepless night!!! And the mood deteriorated (a good start to the holiday). The transfer that picked us up from the hotel was also late by 1.5 hours. And this was a transfer + excursion around Budapest. A self-respecting company should fix this. I would like to mention Alex, although he was late, he completed the tour 250%. Everything was very interesting.
