In general, the work of the portal can be rated as a four and here's why. When ordering on the TOUR portal, the client assumes that everything, absolutely everything, will be connected so that he does not have any questions or problems with the flight, transfer to the hotel, check-in to the room, accommodation, treatment and return home. The client has paid for the TOUR and has the right not to worry about anything anymore. For example, we had trouble with check-in. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and check-in was only at two o'clock in the afternoon! This is a mistake by the tour organizers. It was they who did not take care of the connection between arrival and check-in. Not to mention that on the way back home my wife and I sat on the plane in completely different seats in different rows. Yes, the client must check the product offered to him, but, I repeat once again, when buying a TOUR, the client has the right to count on some relaxation of attention to detail.

We found a transfer from home exclusively from you, and it turned out to be just a salvation for us - we didn’t have the strength to drag around the stations with suitcases that contained only the most necessary, but still heavy.
