There was always help. By phone/email. Hotline easily accessible. Sometimes you will be called back even if no employee was available. Trip to Prague would have to be better organized locally in Karlovy Vary and also in Prague.

We visited the sanatorium for the second time from February 16 to 26. The location is the most wonderful. The very middle of Karlovy Vary. If we compare two years, this year the kitchen was more modest. I cannot help but note that communication with the reception desk this year was accompanied by unpleasant moments. If last year they unconditionally helped us in everything, then this year they delegated us to solve our issues ourselves. It left a residue. The bed sheets were changed once in 10 days, but the towels and bathrobes were not changed at all. The room was cleaned every day, there were absolutely no complaints. But cosmetics were not replenished during the entire period. The robe had a hole in the collar. The opinion of other guests indicated that, based on experience, this sanatorium still has the best medical facilities. The doctors during the procedures are very friendly and attentive. They don’t create queues, they work efficiently. If last year in 2023 we unconditionally wanted to return and returned, then this year in 2024 there was some kind of aftertaste from the administration.
