In the Hotel Windsor and probably other hotels, the main foreign language is Russian. Accordingly, it is difficult for “Western” guests who mainly speak German, English, French or Spanish. This should urgently be improved. You don't feel comfortable when the conversation goes like this: "sit here", "turn around", "finished", "go away". The flow of information could be improved as no contact person could be reached on site. The problem with the transfer is the short-term information about departure times, basically just a few hours in advance. On the outward journey from Dortmund to Kolberg, the information was given the day before by call at around 4 p.m., departure at 6 a.m.! There was no information on the return journey from Kolberg! It was only when I asked about the transfer that the information about departure was stated that we would receive the information about it the day before between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. That didn't happen! When I asked again, I was told that we wouldn't be leaving until a day later, but after consulting with the hotel reception, that wasn't true. I then contacted Mr. Vildanov by telephone and he promised to take care of the matter. That also worked and Mr. Vildanov informed us that our departure should take place on June 24th, 23 at 9:00 a.m. The pickup then went smoothly. But when we suddenly drove past Berlin towards Hamburg, I asked the driver what that was all about! We then got the answer that the trip was to Hamburg, Bremen, Münster and Dortmund. I think you can imagine how happy we were about it, we were pissed after 12 hours of driving and will never do anything like that again! I can see that Sanatoriums.com can't do anything about this, but you do have an influence on satisfied customers and guests by ensuring quick and timely transport from A to B.

По поводу Вашей жалобы на график работы бара, у нас на сайте указано, что бар открыт вс.–чт. с 09:00 до 20:00, пт.–сб. с 09:00 до 21:00, поэтому соответственно работники его закрывали уже в 20 вечера в будние дни. Die direkte Route Hotel-Haus dauert mindestens 6,5 Stunden (ohne Pausen). Laut GPS des Fahrers sehen wir, dass Sie ohne Verzögerung zum Kurort gefahren sind. Auf dem Rückweg sind Sie als Erster ausgestiegen. Beide Strecken wurden möglichst "direkt" geplant.
