The portal is good with quite responsive help desk. The driver who took us back to Prague airport could have driven more careful. I know some people in the bus got sweat due to the careless driving. No chatting or phone checking one would expect from a driver while driving a bus.

Уважаемая Irina Kolotova, Вам был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в отель, который встречал Вас точно в условленное время, но Вы отказались от него уже по приезду. Обратный трансфер всегда платный и не входит в стоимость бронирования. Время трансфера всегда устанавливается, чтобы прибыть вовремя на посадку на рейс. По поводу экскурсии, Вы были своевременно внесены в списки экскурсантов, но Вам не понравилась машина "Mersedes" класса, на которой осуществлялась поездка в Прагу. Нам очень неприятно, что Вы порочите имя нашей компании, поскольку мы всегда идём клиентам навстречу, но в данном случае мы рекомендуем Вам больше не пользоваться услугами нашего сайта.
