Overall positive experience with sanatorium.com. Lots of information and easy to book. The only complaint is no card terminal in your Karlovy Vary office to accept cards. The only available payment option was cash which added at least 15% on top of our costs when we had to get cash from local ATMs. Please consider adding more payment options to your KV clients, i.e. a card terminal in the office or on your website, bank details for a wire transfer.

Overall, it’s not bad, but paying through your service with a visa card doesn’t work..... so I had to take a hotel that was available without paying by card. The preference was to come to another hotel.
