Service at the highest level. The transfer was excellently organized. Everything is clear and on time. I bought a tour of the resort areas near Karlovy Vary and really liked it. I was picked up straight from the Imperial Hotel, the guide Vladimir gave me a lot of interesting information, dinner at the Skala restaurant was superb. I personally highly recommend the portal Sanatotiums.com

Very nice old hotel, in a quiet location, about 15 minutes from the center. Very nice doctor and medical staff as well as reception and restaurant. Rooms are warm and large, with large windows and plenty of space

The portal attracts with its prices and package of included services. But I was not satisfied with the portal itself. Firstly, the online chat, which is supposedly 24/7, only works during standard business hours and days. The girl Svetlana answers dryly and without the desire to help, which, in principle, is not permissible for customer service. My reservation was confirmed, and a few days later they wrote that I could not come for the entire period. I had to figure it out for a long time, set up emails in order to somehow resolve the issue. Literally annoying. Almost all agents (online chat, excursions, answer briefly and like “everything is on the website, look…”). They didn’t help me with anything, they didn’t schedule it... In general, everything is fine before booking, after that no one cares about you.

К сожалению, отель решил сделать нерабочий перерыв в период Вашего бронирования, о чем мы Вам сообщили сразу как только получили информацию от отеля. Ваша бронь была подтверждена отелем но в связи со сложившейся ситуацией воспользоваться ей в полной мере Вы не смогли. Мы пересчитали Вам стоимость брони и помогли забронировать отель на новые даты. Также подобрали для Вас альтернативные варианты проживания. Ваш запрос об экскурсии и трансфере был в кратчайшие сроки передан ответственным менеджерам и они с Вами связались. Нам очень жаль, что у Вас остались негативные впечатления о сервисе.
