Staff in the sanatorium office in Karlovy Vary speak and understand neither German nor English. Excursion organization to Prague was very poor. All participant lists were incomplete or incorrect. Guide on the bus only spoke Russian and showed no consideration for people who didn't understand Russian. In Prague the radios/headphones were broken.
