I really like the service Sanatoriums.com. Thank you both for booking the sanatorium and for the transfer from Prague to Teplice. But the following point raises a question for me: through your service I booked two sanatoriums in a row - in Teplice and Karlovy Vary. As well as a group transfer from Prague to Teplice and an individual transfer from Karlovy Vary to Prague. I was denied a private transfer from Teplice to Karlovy Vary. This is surprising, because Teplice and Prague are approximately the same distance from Karlovy Vary, and it would be quite possible to send an individual transfer for us in Teplice. By the way, the driver who took us to the airport in Prague was from Karlovy Vary. This means that the driver could have come for us in Teplice in the same way, since we still had to return to Karlovy Vary. Moreover, we have already ordered so many services on your resource. And I would also like more respectful, in the generally accepted sense, business correspondence from your employees. The tone of the response to my request did not seem like the employee was interested in customers.

Long wait for transfer at the airport (almost 2 hours). It is advisable to reduce the time.

Хотим уточнить, что Вами был забронирован групповой трансфер из аэропорта в отель, который предполагает ожидание в аэропорту. Мы максимально стараемся сократить время ожидания, но в некоторых случаях оно может занимать до 2-х часов, о чем указано в информации о брони трансфера.
